Jun 23, 2012I synced my iPhone and it seems that all the calendar entries I had were simply replaced by the iCal entries off my Macbook. This means that I lost all the entries that had been on the phone. Is there any way to get them back?

Jun 16, 2012iTunes (updated yesterday) and iPhone 4s are up to date with updates. When my phone synched yesterday, I lost all my music, except my most recent purchases. I also lost all my videos. Apps are not affected whatsoever.
When I look at the phone in iTunes, I can see all my music & movies listed as being on the phone but there is an "!" next to all the songs. The capacity bar shows what should be the correct amount, and there is about 10 gig of space free.
However, when I sync the phone with itunes, the capacity bar begins with what is currently (or accessible) on the phone, and then jumps to where it actually should be while it is on step 4, but then goes back to the lower amount it goes into step 5.

Apr 20, 2011I updated from 7.0 to 7.1 and just noticed that a number of my calendar entries are missing.I'm not entirely sure when this happened.I don't think it happened at the time of updating to the new OS but it's possible.I received an "out of application memory" error message a week ago and have read that people have encountered a loss of data with such an error.I did a backup of my data on May 17th before upgrading to 7.1 calendar entries = 800, today calendar entries = 369.Since I use my device on a BES all entries associated with the BES account appear to be intact but I've lost all other entries.When I went to restore the calendar entries only from the backup it is greyed out indicating that these are "read only data types and cannot be restored" when selecting "Select Data to Restore/Select device data and settings" as opposed to "All device data and settings".Unsure how to proceed - clearly the data is present in the backup based on the entry value do I need to do a full restore and rollback to 7.0? in order to recover the calendar entries??

Oct 3, 2015I use the daily calendar page to record vehicle usage. business activities, invoiceable information and a host of other items and have done since I purchased my first Lumia 920 when they first came out in Australia. I invoice on a monthly basis and by necessity at times need to refer back to information sometimes months old. Yesterday I tried to retrieve information from early September and everything prior to the 19th of that month is gone. I am lost without this information. I am not teenage savvy on the idiosyncrasies of smart phones but I would have thought that if the availability of an option to record past events in calendar existed then those entries would have been sacrosanct, subject only to loss with the loss or damage of the handpiece and even then I thought they saved to the cloud. I've searched the forum as best I know how and haven't found an answer to the problem or any indication of how to retrieve the information.

I uploaded an update of the Facebook App, now all of my entries are gone in the calendar that were in sync with my gmail address. I have the 8350 model and prior to this all calendar entries were saved to my email for gmail- this gmail option has disappeared in the CICAL drop down the only option available is Facebook. I tried to uninstall the Facebook App however that leaves no option for Default Service for the calendar, so the option for default service for my calendar is completely removed.How can I go back to the original settings for my calendar and is it possible to retrieve prior/future entries from the now blank calendar?

I tried configuring for hours but syncing still comes up trying to delete entries more than few months old, which I want to keep. I tried 'upcoming entries only' (then it wants to delete over 1000 entries!!) and can't get the 'advanced' filters option to make any difference.

Jun 18, 2012i had my last back up a month back. today i jus happend to connect my iphone 4 s to my laptop ( windows vista), to restore few applications which were deleted .
i thought i will be able to restore few of my apps. on thinking so. i connected my phone and after sync process. i right clicked on my iphone in itumes and clicked on restore . it did show me the last backup day. which was one month prior. i was still ok with that. and i proceeded it.
now i am notice that my phone is exact like it was a month back, even my wall papers changed to what it was at that time, but the latest apps which i have downloaded during this one month are there. but my camera roll pics arent
is there anyway i can retrive that back?
