IPhone :: Can Make Changes In ITunes But Not In Phone?

My phone was syncing no problem a few weeks ago with my computer. Now, whenever i make any changes from itunes - it doesnt change anything on my phone. Whenever i delete a movie from the phone, then sync it with my computer. It shows up again on my phone. I tried uninstalling, reinstalling itunes to no avail. This baffles me since i haven't made any changes from my computer and phone. Phone is a 32 gb 3GS, JB with blackrain but not unlocked.
i have been told that i shouldnt delete songs from my library even if i have converted them to my iphone device on the pc cause next time i will syns my ihpne to pc the songs will be deletred from my iphone as well.the list in the library under the music map gets too long so i want to organize those songs in different playlists.so my question is how do i do that?i tried to go to file and click on new playlist but that playlist shows up in the end.first u have library then store,iphone device,shared,genius ant then in the end playlists.so that playlist shows up here.so i wonder that is not under the library..so is those playlists a part of the library?i mean if i download a song here in the playlist category and not under the music map under the library will it be saved here when i convert that song to my iphone device.is this the same as library?cause i taught if i wanna make a playlist in the library it will show up under the library..
how to make a ringtone from your own itunes music. Bc I can get as close as making the song on one of those ringtone makers and i can never find it after its been cute to 40s. I did see one where you had to get on your computer and sync find it then save it to the computer then transfer it back to your phone through your ringtone tab on itunes which i could never find Given iv only had the phone for about 12hrs it shouldnt be this hard to do.
Apple exchanged a new phone for me because of a water damage (I paid extra for it). The next day, my phone cannot find any network. I tried resetting the phone, restoring everything.It worked for like 1 hour, and then this message "Restore Needed. Iphone cannot make or receive calls. Restore from Itunes." pops up again. I bought it to Apple Gen. Bar, the guy said its probably because of my sim card that got the water damaged. I went back home and found a brand new 3G sim card that I forgot to insert when I got my phone a while ago . Used the new sim card, and few hours later..still getting that message! I tried restore, reset everything! My iphone was able to find my network, but it go back to "searching" or "no network" after a while. Went to Apple store again, told them that I changed a new sim card. The girl said she would restore the phone for me. After restoring the phone, it worked fine, obviously she send me home because she said there's nothing wrong with my phone. Today when I wake up, I saw the same message on my phone again. Tried the hard reset (home button + power), it asks me to connect to itune (or else I can only make emergency calls). Restart my phone (just the power reset), it was fine again, with network and everything. But this time, when I click into my download application, it pops back to the main menu. I deleted all the downloaded application and re-download them again, they worked fine.So, I'm guessing that I will most likely get the "Restore Needed. Iphone cannot make or receive calls. Restore from Itunes." message again. And because it works after I do a hard reset/ restore, there's nothing Apple Gen. Bar can do anything about it right? What can I do? I don't want to restart my phone 10 million times a day or restore it twice a day!
I did a restore today to my iPhone 4S and it seems not all apps were in the backup I manually made in iTunes before the restore. Now I'd like to know how to not run into the same problem in the future.
How can I force iTunes to make a new time-stamped bacukp which it won`t replace with a next one? I would like to backup my iPhone as it is and erase some stuff from it now but also I want to be able to get it back in the future.
I have iphone4s in Shanghai, China, but I cannot use it to make a phone outside Shanghai. I have already changeded my SIM card and upgraded the iOS to 5.1 vision.

I have synced the music from my PC's itunes library to my iphone. When I try to do the same with the apps I get a warning that the statistics in the apps/games on my phone will be lost. Can I sync my apps without losing my statistics/levels off of the phone?
I forgot to charge my phone so it died. Then i charged its and the phone didn't connect to the charger and said that i need to connect with itunes. I did and when i connect my phone to the Itunes and it said that i need to restore my phone and download new version. I did both. But i did not see my phone update new version ( 5.1.1). But i still dont know why after that my phone block. i had to setting all things. my phone did not accept my sim ( t-mobile). my phone said i need to insert the sim even i already did?
I have had my iPhone 4s for less than a week and when I call people/they call me/I listen to voicemails, I can barely hear the other person - they sound very distant or muffled, no matter how much I turn up the volume.
If I have the phone on speaker or listen with headphones, I can hear them perfectly fine.
i have no 3g signal in my trailer but i have wifi. if im on a call outside using 3g and enter my house the call drops. my friends lg phone automatically switches to the wifi and doesnt loose calls.
Today my iPhone stopped receiving phone calls and texts and I am also unable to send or make phone calls, what should I do? Is this something I should take to the apple store or can I fix it myself?
I have a problem with an iPhone 4 GSM with iOS 5.1: until last week it perfectly worked and then it started to not have any signal bars and therefore I can't receive and send either calls or texts. Oddly enough though I can still connect to the web. I forgot to mention before that the iphone is factory unlocked.I tried to reset the settings and then to format the device but nothing changed. I also changed sims but again nothing.
When i am trying to make a call to my another phone the dialer keeps on looping and does not disconnect, and when i call someone else as soon as i take the phone near to my ears the phone restarts.
So, it's not the antenna, but instead, I can't even open the phone app! I have to reset my phone and then I can open the app once. So each time I want to make a call, I have to reset my whole phone. This just started happening today, and the phone is 2 days old. Any advice? I don't want to do a full restore because I "restored from backup" from my old iPhone. I don't want to lose all those things!
