Jun 23, 2012My phone can recive phone calls but i cant make one, anyone knows what could happen to my phone? i did restore so should be ok but its not :/

May 30, 2012I have a problem with an iPhone 4 GSM with iOS 5.1: until last week it perfectly worked and then it started to not have any signal bars and therefore I can't receive and send either calls or texts. Oddly enough though I can still connect to the web. I forgot to mention before that the iphone is factory unlocked.I tried to reset the settings and then to format the device but nothing changed. I also changed sims but again nothing.

Jun 8, 2012I live in an area that has no ATT service or any other service yet I use an iphone 4 with ATT service. My husband uses a T-mobile Android and while neither of us receive any cell signal, when our WIFI is on, my husband can receive and make phone calls with his cell phone. I on the other hand have not been able to figure out how the iphone may be able function in a similar way.

I have 37403473 bytes free before the battery pull and after replacement i have 38160293 bytes free after replacement. the applications i have are verizon backup assistant, BB core app, BB system software, BB app world, BB attachment service,japanese characters, korean characters, maps. BBM, simplified chinese, traditional chinese, brickbreaker, browser, documents to go, ethink memory, email setup, facebook, memo pad, myverizon, password keeper, phone and tasks.I do not know what a bt model/version is.
My problem is that I cannot make phone calls. my phone will say connected and the person's phone will ring but when the call is 'connected' neither one can hear the other. the only time i can make phone calls is after a battery replacement, if i have the phone plugged in i may be able to answer for up to an hour, but with it just sitting off the plug it may only be minutes. but it does not disconnect phone calls, i can be on the phone for an hour, without being plugged in and i can continue with the call.

Mar 4, 2010Here's the deal.. I was driving today and all of a sudden my phone just stopped working.. I saw a notification saying I should restore my phone or contact apple.. My phone still powers on, I still have my custom lock screen and all but I can only make emergency calls and access SBSettings which doesn't actually work anymore. So I tried to restore the the custom firmware and itunes keeps giving me the 1600 error .. I have heard iReb can fix this but I dont even know if its compatible with the 3GS for this issue.. I have tried but its kinda confusing and hasnt exactly worked..

Aug 7, 2014Recently upgraded from HTC Rezound to Galaxy S5. Never had an issue with the Rezound in making/receiving phone calls.
Last week, noticed that I couldn't make a phone call. Spent an hour on the phone with Verizon tech and they sent me to a local Verizon store for a new sim card. I walked in, told the agent why I was there. He immediately took my phone, changed a couple of settings, and voila, my phone worked again.
Today, same thing. I looked at the settings and they hadn't changed from what he set it to. The only new thing on my phone was the addition of Dashlane, a password keeper program.
