Dec 1, 2015On my Galaxy S6 when I sync my work calendar- Microsoft Outlook (I have three but I only want to see one of them on my phone) I get all three, I never had this problem with my iPhone & I can't find any way to fix the issue by selecting which calendars show on the phone.

May 11, 2010I have been through the many Google synching problems already and finally managed to get the calendar going as planned. However since last week all the entries are now showing twice, one in my "google calendar" and the same entry again in my "device" calendar. I would like to only show one of them as the default, but I can't set a default evidently, so in order to show the entries once only I need to select the calendar manually each time.
How can I
a.) get rid of the duplicates - or alternatively
b.) show one calendar as the default
c.) sync my tasks and show them on the calendar?

Apr 14, 2015On my Moto Droid Turbo I am using the Command Center widget and for the most part, like it a lot. I had a question about the calendar(s) that it polls to show on the right side. It is showing an other calendar I have access too, even though on my calendar app, I have it set to not display.
Is there a way the Command Center widget can be told what calendar(s) to use? The entries it shows me are not really important to me for the most part (I only have access to the other calendar for occasional reference).

It also allows me to have a color coded system in my calendar (work is one color, personal is one, etc), see the picture.This is probably the place where I'm different than others, I started keeping it on the BB before setting up my outlook calendar, yahoo calendar, or either of my google calendars. Is there a way to sync from the phone to the other calendars without ending up deleting my BB calendar inputs or ending up with duplicates or ending up with all of the events under one calendar.I hope that makes sense. I'm using BIS and OS 4.6.0.304 if that matters.

May 9, 2014I need viewing a shared outlook calendar. I have my outlook email account set up and synced to my Nexus 5, however I cannot seem to be able to view my Boss' calendar.
My gmail calendar items show in BLUE and my outlook calendar items show in RED, I want my shared calendar items to show as well (preferably a different colour). On my computer I can view my boss' calendar and I need this for work. As I work out of the office sometimes and need access to my boss' calendar I would like it to be on my mobile as well.

For some reason, text notifications are no longer appearing on the bottom left corner of my screen. Instead, they are now appearing up on the top right by my battery indicator. This is more than a little inconvenient as it's so much smaller than the bottom left option making it harder to touch correctly. Is there any way I can change it back to the bottom left again?

IPhone :: Showing Only Everyday Option On Calendar?
Apr 22, 2012I have things on my calendar and in my reminded thatI want to be repeated only 3 days of the week but the only option to put so it will repeat is everyday. For example: I have events that only occur on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday but the only option I have to have to choose from to have the phone remind me or show it on my calendar as time not available is Daily, then it goes to monthly, etc. So when I set up a reminder or put something I want to show on my calendar I have to choose Daily so now it shows on everyday that my time is occupied for that event and it reminds me to which drives me crazy. You literally have to go to each day it's not suppose to be on and delete it in both the reminder and calendar.phone show that I am busy when I am not or it pops and makes a sound up when I am in the middle of things that are really not going on at those times of day and there are so many that I can not sit on my phone take it off the days I don't need it because that could be a year or more I would have to go thru to change. Is there an upgrade coming out for that soon to have it give us that option ro choose what says we want?

Apr 23, 2012Last night I synced my Contacts between my iPhone and Mobile with my Mac (which had a blank address book).
I was sure I had selected to Replace The Data on the Mac, but what happened was that all my contacts got erased on the iPhone and MobileMe.
I was able to put them back together fairly quickly, but I now gave two birthday calanders on my iPhone. Everybody's name is shown twice on their birthday.
I only want to the built in bithday calander that use the data in the Contacts App.

Dec 3, 2014Until recently, if I made a calendar entry (in any of the calendars shared with my wife) my wife would receive an alert on her iPhone and the Calendar app would show an invitation in the Inbox. The same thing would happen in reverse. Just recently, neither of us get alerts or invitations, although the new or modified calendar entry is synched across both iPhones. Neither of us aware of having changed any settings since this behaviour started. How can the notifications and invitations be restored?

Mar 18, 2012After updating to iOS 5.1 in my iPhone 4s, I can see that in the home screen, the calender is showing one day earlier that the current date i.e. today is 19-Mar-2012 but at my home page it is showing Sun-18 which is incorrect. But when I click on the calander it shows me the correct today date "19-Mar-2012".

IPhone :: Outlook Recurring Events Not Showing In Calendar On 4S
Apr 4, 2012Syncing my iPhone to MS Exchange. I see in Outlook 2010 calendars, all the recurring events I have. In particular, I see some birthdays in the current week, but on my iPhone 4s, running IOS 5.1, I only see a couple. More explicitly, there are 2 birthdays on the day that I am writing this question, only one shows on the iPhone. Also, one for tomorrow does not show, nor does an anniversary 2 days after that. There is no obvious reason for some to show and others to not show. Additionally, birthdays do not show up in 'Day' view, only in 'List' and 'Month' view.
I have tried deleting my Exchange account and re-adding it. I have changed all birthdays from 'Private' to 'Normal' confidentiality. I have tried editing events which don't show on the iPhone, in an attempt to make them appear. I can see appointments I create on the iPhone, in Outlook within seconds. I delete a test appointment in Outlook and it will disappear on the iPhone. I found that 'recurring events which are all Day Events' do not show on the iPhone. However, I can search for the event and find it, even though it does not display!
