BB Bold :: When Go To Calendar View, All The Calendars Are Displayed?
Jul 10, 2011
When I go to my calendar view, all the calendars are displayed. I have designated my yahoo address to be the default calendar, but despite that, all other calendars are displayed. I have to manually select the calendar (yahoo) each time. How can I view only one calendar?
So a little background about the way I have my calendar set up. I have multiple email address set up on my BB, and then use the BB calendar to keep all of these different calendars in one spot. It also allows me to have a color coded system in my calendar (work is one color, personal is one, etc), see the picture. This is probably the place where I'm different than others, I started keeping it on the BB before setting up my outlook calendar, yahoo calendar, or either of my google calendars. Is there a way to sync from the phone to the other calendars without ending up deleting my BB calendar inputs or ending up with duplicates or ending up with all of the events under one calendar.I hope that makes sense. I'm using BIS and OS 4.6.0.304 if that matters.
Calender View - I cant seem to change the weekly calender view so I can view the whole day (ie 8:30am - 6:00pm). All I can see is 4-5 hours. D how to change this. how to change the PIN Code?
When I go to agenda view it automatically goes to the final event entered chronologically. In my case November of 2012. How do I make it go to current date?
Blackberry 9700 V5.0.0.423 (Platform 5.1.0.116) Vodafone UK Microsoft Outlook (Windows XP)I'm wondering if anyone has a fix for this issue? if i have a calendar entry which is "all day" or a calendar entry which spans across multiple days, they display on the week and month view, and "day" view, but NOT on agenda view?! for example, if i create an entry of "trade show" starting feb 1st, ending feb 10th, i see it in outlook, but when its sync'd it only shows on day week or month not agenda. i have tried.1/ a few battery out resets 2/ updating to latest blackberry core apps 3/ completely clearing calendar database, and re-syncing fresh 4/ creating the appointments *On* the blackberry instead. There doesnt appear to be any patches or fixes for this? i have had blackberries before (the previous bold, etc) which were all runing os 4.x and it was never an issue! would be great if anyone has found a solution for this.
I have a new 9900, having been on a 9000 previously. The weekly calendar view in the 9000 showed the full day but in the 9900 it only shows 5 hours, so I need to scroll up and down to see spare slots in each day. I know there is an agenda view as well, but if I prefer the weekly view does anyone know if it is possible to show more hours? Changing font size for just the calendar view, maybe? Or another setting I haven't noticed?
I've tried changing the day start & end times but to no avail. When I look at my calendar in day or week view it shows all my appointments (between 9am & 6pm) but it also shows the rest of the time slots in that 24 hour period.
Try to input birthdays in Birthday Calendar in 4S but default Calendar is the only choice. How can I access to Birthday Calendar as it appears in all calendars but separate.?

I would like to sync my work one with Thunderbird/Lightening, my personal gmail calendar with gmail, my other side project gmail calendar with gmail account2 and my yahoo calendar with yahoo.
I need viewing a shared outlook calendar. I have my outlook email account set up and synced to my Nexus 5, however I cannot seem to be able to view my Boss' calendar.
My gmail calendar items show in BLUE and my outlook calendar items show in RED, I want my shared calendar items to show as well (preferably a different colour). On my computer I can view my boss' calendar and I need this for work. As I work out of the office sometimes and need access to my boss' calendar I would like it to be on my mobile as well.
IŽm facing a strange problem my calendar events since January 1st arenŽt displayed.I tried to reset the device (hard reset) but when I recovered the backup I faced the same problem. Is there anyway to delete just the Calendar data? I am asking it, because I would like to try a full resync (through Mail for Exchange) to try to solve the problem...
1- Anyone faced this problem because of the new year?
2- Anyone knows how to delete just the Calendar data?
IŽll try to backup everything (without calendar), do a new hard reset and then recover the backup without Calendar Items.I updated all the Firmware available.
It comes up as No calendr has been set. I have closed all applications, have shut down and restarted and have Calendars on in icloud, but nothing seems to fix the issue - any suggestionS?
My phone locks up for a good 30 seconds or more since I've installed this OS.HOW DO I FIX THIS? I can't view my calender from the AGENDA View & it's killing my productivity. 30+ secs just to get to the calender app, then another 30+ secs to make an entry or find a previous one.
Here in Norway everithing at school is planned by week. They use the week number for planning events, for example, they call a meeting on wednesday week 35 at 9:00.I will like to know if it is possible to get the week number at the calendar in my i phone. If not, do you know if there is a calendar or agenda application that does.I use a mooleskin agenda. This agenda is perfect.
Updated to 4.1 and now my calendar has more of a transparent view to it - the color of the calendar is lighter but now the color of the text is the same color just darker. Anyone else seeing this - is this a new setting that can be adjusted?
I have been through the many Google synching problems already and finally managed to get the calendar going as planned. However since last week all the entries are now showing twice, one in my "google calendar" and the same entry again in my "device" calendar. I would like to only show one of them as the default, but I can't set a default evidently, so in order to show the entries once only I need to select the calendar manually each time. How can I
I need to sync more than one outlook calendar with my Bold 9650. When I turn on wireless sync, only my main calendar syncs. When I turn it off and hook it up to my desktop, it syncs both calendars but not when I'm mobile so updates to the calendar don't show unless I reconnect to the PC.
Calendar is working 100% fine on Day and Month view - appointments are in the right place, right day, right time, synced from Mobile Me, and a calendar I subscribe to is also fine.
When I touch "List" view, and "Today", it thinks Today is Sun 7 Feb 2010. All my appointments are on the wrong day - "Today" 7 Feb I have an appointment that was last Saturday, 9 Jan. The same appointment appears "Yesterday", 6 Feb in the subscribed calendar - but only in List view
Have tried a hard reset and have tried unsubscribing the cal from MobileMe and resubscribing - any other ideas before I go for a Restore?
I am working as a tech support in a small company that most users have blackberry. One of my clients have a BB ( Pearl) that she could use the View Availability feature in Calendar a few days ago, now this feature is missing. I tried to set it back but didn't find any clue.
When you pull down the monthly view in calendar, you see the entire calendar. What you don't see is the dates marked with activity. I thought the calendar at one time was marked with a square or some other indication that there was activity on that date.
