anyone know how to back up contacts from iphone without using iTunes?I deleted all contacts on accident trying to back up, restored from my sim, but some werent there. added some i was missing but would like to back them all up some place.

The iTunes library is empty. What should I do to actually back up the content of my iPhone. Has never happened before...

I've an iPhone 4s 64gb iOs 5.0.1 for 3 weeks now, but still can't sync it w/ iTunes at all, I've tried iTunes version 10.5.3.3 and version 10.6.1.7 but both of them stuck on backing up (step 2 of 6).
I'm using win7 64bit. Reseting the iPhone and reinstall iTunes doesn't help at all.
And when I plug the iPhone4s to the laptop the lockscreen slider (where it used to say 'slide to unlock') didn't change to 'slide to cancel sync' or something like that (if it should have been that way) but there's two arrow circling on the upper left of the screen tho.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI attempted to update my iphone 3 using itunes. I'm not certain but I believe I did a backup on my pc first. I am now unable to use the phone at all - the slide bar won't move and I have a camera icon next to the slide bar which is not responsive. I have tried to sync and even left the phone connected to the pc overnight. The phone is going flat within a couple of hours and won't stop beeping every few seconds and seems to be syncing all the time, even when disconnected from pc. I am fearful that I have lost all my contacts - nothing is working?

Using Verizon Cloud, his messages and call history have successfully been backed up but he gets a notification that cloud contacts backup has failed. And in the Cloud app it's self, there is always a "update pending" next to his 121 contacts. If I force it to back up, it backs up messages and call history but won't back up contacts.
