Received email from BB saying I needed to verify password for my personal email account (which has stopped sending emails to my phone but I still get business emails.) I go to: Settings>Manage Internet Email> and get an error message saying "Your device had a problem connecting to the server" This is continual, even after powering on and off.

Last night I received 3 auto-generated emails from BlackBerry.com. Each one was addressed to my "pin" and stated that I had requested my password be sent to me. It DID include my password. I could not respond to the email since it was a do not reply address. I called Verizon to see if they could tell me what was going on....they could not help. I called BlackBerry customer service and was told they couldn't help either. I find it hard to believe that this was an error since each one was a minute apart...as if somone was repeatedly attemping to gain my password. Is there any possible way to find out where this request originated from and/or who made the request?

I have an iPhone that keeps asking for a password of a user not associated with the device.Â
it would be one thing if it was a family member, but this is of someone who has never touched our iPhone or mac!Â
I confirmed there are no applications or iTunes content (in fact there aren't any songs on the device) that could possibly be associated with this person.Â
How do we get rid of this message?  How do we find out what content is asking for the password so we may remove it?

Is anyone else's iPhone only, not my iPod touch, is constantly asking for you to enter your Apple ID password besides when downloading an app? It's only been 2 or 3 days, I believe I have not changed any settings, at least purposefully, so I'm unsure why it started at of a sudden.

I have tried and tried to reset my Apple ID and password and on each web page (under Itunes) it has shown that the information was completely reset and no problems were noticed. When I have put this information into my iphone 4 in order to download my (now 35) updates, the phone says that the password is not correct. I have seriously attempted each step of these two processes at least 20 times but to no avail.

It doens't verify my Phone Number, only able to use my Apple ID to send iMessages, so my girlfriend, recieves my iMessages, from my email address.FaceTime was working, I didn't touch it at all, I left it alone.today I actually restored it, TWICE. Twice because I backed it up for the first restore, and than the second restore, I restored it as a whole entire new iPhone, and still, my iPhone isn't registering my iMessage with my Phone Number, my carrier is Verizon, I've gone all through the Forums, did pretty much EVERYTHING on here that you could think of, I've even left it off for a good couple of hours, and re-tried it, I've left it to switch on over night, and it failed to turn on it says. I keep getting a pop up box on my iPhone asking me to enter my password - and the apple id does not match mine. I click 'Cancel' but it keeps reappearing and interfering with other apps. What did I do to get this and what do I do to get rid of it? Is it someone or something phishing for my password? The only app I recently downloaded was PF Chang's and I got that directly from the App Store.

My Son gave me his iPhone G3 to me when he upgraded to the iPhone G4. I have decided to keep all his current Apps on the phone, but have run into some difficulties when I am notified that there are updates to Apps that are on the iPhone. When I attempt to Update, the iPhone requests the Password to his account. The iPhone lists his User id. My Son updated the Apple ID/Password to the ID I use. Is this change allowed and am I doing this correctly?

My dad has been trying to set up his first iphone and it asks for his Apple id and password but each time he enters it it says its incorrect.Â
We've been onto itunes on his computer and the password and id are accepted but it then asks him to complete some new security information (address, phone numbers etc). We do this and nothing happens.
