After downloading the latest itunes update my photos are now sorting in a different order - previously alphabetical, as I wanted!
View 14 RepliesI create a folder on my laptop an paste 50 photos in it. Then, I rename all photos with numbers 000-050. On my Windows laptop, the photos are sorted correctly (001, 002, 003, ... 049, 050).
However, after copying the entire folder to my 1020, some of the photos are not sorted correctly anymore. A few of them appear somewhere in the middle of my album (folder). The problem is on the phone only.When I connect the phone with my laptop, the photos in the folder (on the laptop) is shown correctly.
I updated itunes 10.6.3 on my mac, then synced my iphone. I normally have the photos in each album arranged by "name". Now they are all out of order! Ive signed out and back in to itunes, ive turned my phone off and on.

My phone now shows and itunes logo and a picture of a usb being plugged in. I have tried restarting the phone using the home and power switch together. i have uninstalled and reinstalled itunes. My phone will not show up in itunes or be recognized by windows as a usb device.

I updated my iPhone to the latest version (7 point something) but my iTunes no longer recognizes the phone when I connect it via USB. The iPhone permanently shows the connect to iTunes logo but does nothing when I do connect it. I'm using a Windows PC as the platform. When I open Devices in Control Panel, there's a small yellow exclamation mark icon next to the Driver, it says in recovery mode...Â
I cant reboot the phone because the Home button is bust.Â
At this point I'd be happy if I could simply get the phone to work properly again - even if that means I have to use the old iOS.Â

For example, four photos that I took one after the other are now scattered among other photos. I would like to have them in date order, but can't seem to do this. I know I have to do it on my computer first, and am running Windows 7. All I want is my photos back as they were before I reset the phone.

This is something, which has always bugged me. I go to import a dozen photos from my iphone into Aperture, and the photos are loaded from earliest to latest into the Aperture import screen. The problem with this is that I have 3k pics on my iphone (I know a lot, but I like the timeline). This requires me to wait 2 or 3 minutes before the latest pics load.
Is there a way to reverse the import order, so that the latest pics appear first?

I downloaded some of my old CD's to itunes and I've noticed that the songs are not downloading to my iphone, even when I go to my phone and music and check the box. I've sync'd like 5 times and nothing.
I've also noticed that some of my CD's that I've downloaded are listed under my other music but its not available to checkmark the box under my music.
I have no idea what's going on. Is is a PC issue? Is it an itunes issue?
I cannot find the BB App World icon. I think it disappeared after I downloaded the latest version. I have deleted and re-downloaded. I have looked in every folder. I have downloaded and replaced the existing version. I have re-booted by taking the battery out, etc. The software is in my applications. I have gone through every folder clicking on show all also.

So, got excited about the MotoACTV this past Saturday and bought online through Motorola. Realized soon after that my local REI had it in stock and I had a xmas gift certificate. Went to REI and purchased it - (Canceled my order for the Garmin 910XT in the process) Went back to the site to try and cancel my order but the 'Cancel items or order' button on my order page wasnt' functional. No biggie, I'll call. After being passed around to the same 3 depts TWICE, I was finally told the ecommerce section was closed for the weekend. Once again, I understand that.I then call on Monday, they tell me the order hasn't yet shipped but I'm not allowed to cancel it at that point. Don't quite understand and getting a bit frustrated at this point but whatever, I'll deal. Customer rep tells me that they'll issue a return slip and email it to me.
OK, I'm good with that.Wednesday comes and still no email with return slip. I call, go through the same 3 depts again and get someone else who tells me that it takes a while to get the return slip but I'll have it within 24 hours.24 hours goes by, I call again and get hung up on 3 times in the process before I can ever get to anyone. Once I get someone on the line, they tell me that it should be to me within the next couple of days... A RETURN SLIP?Once I finally lost my temper a bit, they said it would be 'escalated' and that I should be receiving it within a few hours... we'll see. They also let me know that I could not return it without the receipt.Meanwhile, I've completely soured on the one that I purchased and I'm considering returning it as well and changing my order back to the Garmin. By the way, I called Garmin's support team just to compare... night and day!
i even went so far as to at&t to see what they could do to help me fix this problem but they told me to update itunes and call apple support if that doesnt work. and i called apple support but im not about to pay $30 to talk to them so i hung up.

Even when you disable the setting to use cellular data for music downloads, when you enable iTunes match and are downloading files, if you walk away from your hotspot, iTunes keeps downloading you music.I've tried anything, but only completly disabling cellular data (network setting) prevents me from using up loads of data traffic while having iTunes Match downloads.

I've searched the forums but I don't see this issue raised by anyone.I upload photos to my Storm 2 from my computer using BB Device Manager. Is there any way to change the display order of the photos once they're uploaded to my Storm 2? The display order on the computer doesn't seem to match the way that they display on the Storm 2 and to tell the truth it doesn't seem to have much to do with the file name either.
