I updated itunes 10.6.3 on my mac, then synced my iphone. I normally have the photos in each album arranged by "name". Now they are all out of order! Ive signed out and back in to itunes, ive turned my phone off and on.

View 14 Replies View RelatedI recently reset my iPhone 4s, having backed it up. When I re-synced it my photos were all in the wrong order, they seem to be displayed in some random order. For example, four photos that I took one after the other are now scattered among other photos. I would like to have them in date order, but can't seem to do this. I know I have to do it on my computer first, and am running Windows 7. All I want is my photos back as they were before I reset the phone.

This is something, which has always bugged me. I go to import a dozen photos from my iphone into Aperture, and the photos are loaded from earliest to latest into the Aperture import screen. The problem with this is that I have 3k pics on my iphone (I know a lot, but I like the timeline). This requires me to wait 2 or 3 minutes before the latest pics load.
Is there a way to reverse the import order, so that the latest pics appear first?

So, got excited about the MotoACTV this past Saturday and bought online through Motorola. Realized soon after that my local REI had it in stock and I had a xmas gift certificate. Went to REI and purchased it - (Canceled my order for the Garmin 910XT in the process) Went back to the site to try and cancel my order but the 'Cancel items or order' button on my order page wasnt' functional. No biggie, I'll call. After being passed around to the same 3 depts TWICE, I was finally told the ecommerce section was closed for the weekend. Once again, I understand that.I then call on Monday, they tell me the order hasn't yet shipped but I'm not allowed to cancel it at that point. Don't quite understand and getting a bit frustrated at this point but whatever, I'll deal. Customer rep tells me that they'll issue a return slip and email it to me.
OK, I'm good with that.Wednesday comes and still no email with return slip. I call, go through the same 3 depts again and get someone else who tells me that it takes a while to get the return slip but I'll have it within 24 hours.24 hours goes by, I call again and get hung up on 3 times in the process before I can ever get to anyone. Once I get someone on the line, they tell me that it should be to me within the next couple of days... A RETURN SLIP?Once I finally lost my temper a bit, they said it would be 'escalated' and that I should be receiving it within a few hours... we'll see. They also let me know that I could not return it without the receipt.Meanwhile, I've completely soured on the one that I purchased and I'm considering returning it as well and changing my order back to the Garmin. By the way, I called Garmin's support team just to compare... night and day!
I've searched the forums but I don't see this issue raised by anyone.I upload photos to my Storm 2 from my computer using BB Device Manager. Is there any way to change the display order of the photos once they're uploaded to my Storm 2? The display order on the computer doesn't seem to match the way that they display on the Storm 2 and to tell the truth it doesn't seem to have much to do with the file name either.

Nothing shows up in my orders, and when I type to search my order using my phone number or order number, nothing comes up.Has this happened to anyone else?I have to call them when they open!Also, I don't have a confirmation e-mail, because it's a different account owner with a different e-mail.
View 22 Replies View RelatedI am trying to get a definitive answer as have been researching this for weeks and despite my best efforts still have no solution.I am using the fantastic N900 (well done Nokia!) and would like all my music on the device. All efforts so far have transferred music ok but album tracks always appears in alphabetical order in the music player as opposed to the album track order(not much good). This is despite careful tagging and trying with Windows Media Player, Media Monkey & Songbird to see if any work best.
I found out today that this might be due to the file being a .wma file. All my music is ripped to my PC in .wma as in my experience I find the quality vs file size is great and better by far than .mp3.Today I ripped a CD with WMP as .mp3 and after sync the track order was correct (although I do not want to use WMP through choice and certainly not .mp3, let alone re rip my entire CD Collection), my preference would be Media Monkey or Songbird with .wma.
Is this a bug or N900 problem? (I know they are different but it worked fine on N97 and N95 8gb previously with MM and .wma) Can anyone help? or even offer a recommendation or suggestion as to what they think is best format, application or way to have music on the N900 etc.
I love car mode on my S5, except for this stupid bug where it plays music in alphabetical order instead of track order when you ask it to play an album. If I say the same command using the "OK Google" feature outside of car mode, that works just fine. The metadata on the mp3 files have the correct track info.
View 1 Replies View RelatedSo frustrating that the 950 is not a top end phone. The problems with having to do a hard reset in order to get the update is a joke. I've done the hard reset and my update is just sitting at 0% it won't do anything and my phone is just now going slow. I expected a lot more from MS. The batter gets ridiculously hot, it drains way too quickly, and there are other glitches as well. This was marketed as a high end phone but thus far it is no where close.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI create a folder on my laptop an paste 50 photos in it. Then, I rename all photos with numbers 000-050. On my Windows laptop, the photos are sorted correctly (001, 002, 003, ... 049, 050).
However, after copying the entire folder to my 1020, some of the photos are not sorted correctly anymore. A few of them appear somewhere in the middle of my album (folder). The problem is on the phone only.When I connect the phone with my laptop, the photos in the folder (on the laptop) is shown correctly.
I recently updated iTunes. The update went smoothly, but immediately after the update iTunes no longer shows my iPhone4. The diagnostics show that everything is okay with exception of the no iPhone connected error. I've run through all of the Apple helps but nothing has fixed the problem. The same problem occurs on other user profiles on the same computer. The computer is a 64-bit Windows 7 machine. Windows 7 shows the iPhone and I can access it as a camera or drive. I've re-installed the phone USB driver but still no go. I can plug my phone into another computer and the sync works fine.

I sometimes will buy a song on my phone and I don't want to have to look up every song I have bought on my phone to go through and download it on my computer. I just recently uploaded pictures for the first time from iPhone to computer (a Mac). I uploaded them to iPhoto because that was default but I was not able to see any 'Photos' tab in iTunes. It is here that I wish to delete the pictures I have uploaded because when I look at how much space is being taken up on the phone, nearly half of it is for photos. I have already deleted them from the phone itself but the space is still displayed as occupied in the iTunes summary page when I plug the device in.

I can look at my photos on my Iphone like a hard drive and copy and paste the photos to my computer. I can then delete a batch at a time on the Iphone camera roll. However, how do I delete the 242 photos in my "photo library" album and the 242 duplicate photos in my "Iphone photo" album? When I click on the arrow box icon in the upper right corner of my phone, I can click on a photo, but the delete icon is not available. So here is some more genius on behalf Apple... itunes out of the blue decided to delete all the photos on iPhone, it's not the initial sync.I mean most other companies that give a little credit to the customers intellect, will ask, Hey there are some new photos here what shall we do?But apple (iTunes) in all it's wisdom doesn't ask it just does, and removes what ever it feels like.And no, there are no iTunes backups as this was the first sync in two months, so all the photos prior to the last sync are gone.Fantastic, this zero interaction approach.Forgive me but I have an absolute right to be annoyed.

I've read several threads saying that the method for removing photos that were taken with a camera (not an iPhone) is through iTunes.Â
I tried two different methods and neither worked.Â
The first method was to go to the Photos page and unclick the Sync Photos From and then hit the Sync button at the bottom right. The photos were not deleted.Â
The second method was to click the Sync Photos From box, select iPhoto and then make sure none of the Album or Event boxes are checked. Then I hit Sync again. This also did not work.Â

My father has an iPhone 5s for work and he cannot remember the pass code that he set up on the phone when it was issued to him by his employer. He took pictures on the phone during a recent business trip and he would like to recover the photos, but he cannot remember the password and the display reads: iPhone disabled. I have an iPhone 3gs 32gb. Lately when I sync the phone it will delete some photos and then pop up a message saying some photos and albums couldn't be synced because there is not enough room on the phone. The problem is that I'm not adding anything to my phone when it does this. Yesterday my phone says it had 1.6gb available. I hooked it up and synced it, not adding anything, and it deleted a full album off the phoe claiming it had no space. Anyone have any ideas on a fix for this? I'm running 3.1.2
