IPhone :: 3gs And Blackra1n - Restore To Original Firmware

I have a iphone 3gs 3.1.2 MC model that was jailbroken via tethered blackra1n. The problem is now when i try to restore to original firmware the phone resets and gets to that itunes connect screen (which is probably caused by blackra1n tethered jailbreak). The only way i can get out of that screen is to rejailbreak by blackrain because itunes will only allow me the option of restoring and updating to 3.1.3 which will screw me over for a unlock .How can i restore my firmware to a clean 3.1.2 without dealing with the connect to itunes freeze and not upgrading to 3.1.3?

is it possible to downgrade 3gs back to original or previously available firmware without losing data? ( contacts/ apps/ music/ etc.)

clicking on restore asks me to update to the newest version as well. I want to put 3.1.2 on there so the next owner can unlock if they want to. I cannot seem to find the correct ipsw for the 3gs 3.1.2 original. Sorry if this question has been posted before I couldn't find it recently.

3months ago I updated my iphone 3Gs IOS to IOS 5.01, and it had issues on battery life.Without any usage, sometimes the battery empty in 4 hours - 8 hours.Yesterday I updated my iPhone 3Gs IOS to the newest IOS 5.10.But it still didn't solve the battery issue, in fact it's getting worse.Without any usage, the battery empty in 20 minutes.Now I want to have my original IOS back

I took a picture with my iPhone 4S. I used the auto-correct tool to fix the red eye and pressed "Save." Afterwards I realized it blacked out or "corrected" part of the picture that was not a red eye. Anyway I can revert to the original picture?

I've gone as far as done a restore to original factory settings and the problem still persists. I've removed all apps that could use the camera, such as flashlight. Nothing has changed, the camera screen appears grayed out and won't take photos.

When i dropped it, the screen went crazy and now I see a whole bunch of random colorful lines on the screen and I am unable to press anything. I want to restore the phone to factory settings, but when I connect to iTunes on my Mac, it is saying that I must enter the passcode, which I cannot do, because of the screen. It also says that I can't restore my iPhone because Find My iPhone is on. In order to turn it off I have to unlock my phone and turn it off through the phone but i can't!!

I have the UNLOCKED iPhone and the following are the facts:
Model: 3Gs
iBoot-359.3.2
Jailbroken: Blackra1n
Firmware: 3.1.2
I wish to ask - can I upgrade to IOS 4.0.2 using iTunes officially and have my phone work normal? I am not so interested in pushing in Cydia apps and free apps but I want the phone to work normally.If this is not the solution, then can you recommend, how it can be done?I tried using Jailbreakme.com from my Safari on my iPhone but it simply kept restarting my phone.

So, I just bought a JB'en iphone 3g tonight.Went ahead and unlocked it using ultrasn0w.Connected it to my mac/itunes, and it asks "an iphone has been previously synced with this computer. setup as a new iphone -or- restore the backup of ***"So, since I had purchased apps using my *** phone (actually was an ipod touch that i got rid of), I'm thinking that I should restore the backup so that I can get my paid apps back for free.
Questions:
-will restoring this backup to the new unlocked phone restore it to its original locked state (i.e. will i have to re-jailbreak/unlock)? or will it simply restore preferences, etc...?
-otherwise, if i call this phone a new name, is there a way to transfer my purchased apps to the new phone's account?
