Apr 21, 2010having problems with the latest 400.21.013 update. firmware installed fine and data was backedup without any problems. now with the new firmware wi-fi doesn't connect at all. every time i try to turn wi-fi on, an error appears on the screen saying that the wi-fi is used by another app; even though the wi-fi logo was off and none of the apps are using it. after the error the wi-fi logo stays on without any programs even using it and turns off only by booting the device. i haven't also, in my opinion, installed any damaging apps that would use wi-fi without an authrzn, there's only opera mobile, sports tracker, Internet, palringo, and so on. the regular stuff.would anyone have any suggestions to this problem? it would be such a pain in the a** to put it to maintenance.

Apr 20, 2012I am trying to connect my xperia mini pro to pc by usb.I regularly did this prior to updating to androd 2.4.4 latest baseband version...-64 (i previouly had 58 i think) a few days ago When i connect , the phone will charge , but the phone is not 'found' by the pc. i have tried it on several laptops with different cables and usb ports , two of these laptops have pc companion installed on them,a third laptop a sony - does not but pc companion option to install does not appear i have tried both connection modes MTP and MSC I have tried usb debugging on & off any advice?

Is something like this available for 2.1 now?)

It was connecting to Skype just fine before the update. I tried to re-enter the password, of course. I do not want to delete the Skype account and create a new one just yet: I have all my contacts set up already and I am afraid I will loose those merges between Skype and the phone's address book if I delete the existing Skype account. May 25, 2010I'm trying to update the IMAP password on a 9700 Bold, a process I've done numerous times in the recent past. However, on this particular device, I cannot even get to the menu for email accounts. Every attempt results in the following ianane OS message; "Your device had a problem connecting to the server." I'm then required to either try again (a never ending loop) or cancel.
I suspect this has something to do with my provider (AT&T) because I had similar symptoms on another device (same model, w/o enterprise security policies). I was able to fix it on the other device by deleting the IMAP Service Books and then doing a hard reset. It doesn't work for the problem BB.

by the way today i kind of played with the iphone and i found an option called "network" and inside i unabled the option "internet shering" (my iphone is in another language so maybe the translation is a bit diffrent).

Apr 21, 2012My husband's iPhone 3GS isn't connecting to our wifi even though the network is showing in his list of networks. Both my iPhone 4s and my son's iPod touch are connecting ok. I've switched his wifi on and off, switched the phone on and off and reset network settings but it is still not working. In my wifi options our network has a tick against it but on his the processing circle thing is against it.
