From what I've read the Curve supports mp4 and H-264, however when I rip to this format I only hear audio form the mp4-aac; what format of video I need? The phone works great except for the fact that I now have an issue with a high pitched sound coming out the 3.5mm headphone jack which is connected through my car audio system, when i try to make a phonecall. My music plays fine through the same setup so not sure what is causing the high pitched noise when i try to make a phonecall.

View 5 Replies View RelatedI have had the phone for about three weeks now. I am past the 14 day remorse period and I didn't start having problems till after this period... Sometimes the phone will just reset bact to the white HTC screen then return to the home page after a few seconds, it sometimes asks to send the error report and sometimes it doesn't. It only did this once or twice out of the blue but now I am noticing it is doing it more often now. The phone has now also started to reboot back to the white HTC screen then show the t-mobile red letters screen then start up. One time it was completely off even though it had battery power and I had to turn it back on. Just last night I was in the middle of a phone call when the phone just dropped the call then rebooted to the white HTC screen then said it recovered from a fatal error or whatever the message says and asked me to report it.

View 5 Replies View RelatedI'm really confused here I have a E72 which I sync with a exchange server (Contacts, calendar and mail).The sync part seems to work fine.However, I would also like to sync Notes and have the ability to SMS from my computer. That's where I thought Ovi Suite came into the picture but I'm having some problems:When sending SMS from Ovi Suite: I enter name of the contact the name appears with a preview of the phone number in the format "070-783XXXX", when I try to send it says invalid format so I need to enter the number manually in the format "070783XXXX" to be able to send the SMSWhen I update a contact in Outlook, the contact is updated in phone, but not in Ovi SuiteWhen I use outlook number formats (specifying country, area code etc) the number appears as "+46 (070) 783XXXX", but then number recognition doesn't seem to work on incoming calls. What I want to accomplish and wonder if it is at all possible is:Manage my contacts, calendar and mail in Outlook. Sync through MfEReach my contacts from Ovi Suite to be able to send SMS to themUse Ovi Suite to manage Map files, Music, and other phone files.Use Ovi Suite to Sync Notes from Outlook.I'm I on the right track here? Any suggestions for a better way of managing contacts and having the functionality I've described?

This broadcom chip comes with some hardware support to many audio format, being more specific, flac. This format is very acclaimed by the audiophile community, without saying I'm one of them. flac is a excellent format since it is a lossless format. Now, knowing this, why Nokia don't add flac support to the default music player? the chip itself support it! What do you guys think about it? How can we suggest this to Nokia?
