I read another thread where someone said that if I went to Menu > Settings > Accounts & Sync, I could uncheck/delete Facebook from my contacts list. I tried that and rebooted my phone, but I still have all my contacts. I really don't need my friends list twice crowding my phone number space. anyway I can actually get rid of Facebook contacts?

1. how to transfer music from my pc to the phone. I've installed the sync program and tried to connect the phone with the "sync" option when connected to the pc - "no device found". I tried connecting as memory card while hoping there were some folders with sensible names for putting music files into it, but no. So how do you do it my peeps?
2. When I first started up the phone I thought syncing it with facebook was a good idea... turned out not so good.. Now all my contacts are saved 2 or 3 times, and some of them with no phone number even, just their name. This is really shit. So, if I go from the main screen to "all apps" and "contacts" (not sure what it's called in english, but i guess it's kinda something like what i write) I managed to turn off the facebook thing there, and the contacts were removed from that list. BUT, when I click on the phone symbol in bottom center of the main screen they are still there, I also tried restarting the phone - no effect. Also, it seems like i can't delete them one by one either so..
And what does the expression mark with a circle around it mean? It appeared in the top left corner the other day.. something bad? Looks something like this ( ! )
I got my Sensation today (Yay) and decided to add facebook profiles to my contacts. But when I do this, every facebook friend of mine that has a phone number on the site, goes in to my phonelist.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI just got this phone and updated everything and so on.... And when I tap on the phone tile and then select the phone book all of my facebook friends show up as contacts. I have gone to settings and people and unchecked facebook under contact filters. I have logged onto my live.com account and deleted all of my contacts from there and made sure it is not syncing up with facebook and still have all my fb friends in my phone as contacts. When I go to people and swipe over to contacts I show none. I just want to get rid of all the facebook contacts and be able to add contacts one at a time.......
View 8 Replies View RelatedI've been searching for a fix to my problem that is that since I updated to ICS, "Facebook for HTC Sense" disappeared in the settings menu of "Account & sync" I just have the one just called "Facebook" and if I press Add account it won't show up. The problem is that I can see "Facebook for HTC Sense" in my apps list, and also when I go to a contact profile I can kind of see it. Also, when I link contacts I just can link it to the one called "Facebook" and it really pisses me off, since it never updates and the contact avatars remains the same always.

The phone works great except for the fact that I now have an issue with a high pitched sound coming out the 3.5mm headphone jack which is connected through my car audio system, when i try to make a phonecall. My music plays fine through the same setup so not sure what is causing the high pitched noise when i try to make a phonecall.

I now have reminders all over my calendars of facebook events and birthday and all sorts of stuff. I've tried removing the preferences to sync my blackberry and facebook together but that only stopped the new events and such from attaching itself to the calendar. The old reminders are still in my calendar and I have no idea on how to remove them.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI have had the phone for about three weeks now. I am past the 14 day remorse period and I didn't start having problems till after this period... Sometimes the phone will just reset bact to the white HTC screen then return to the home page after a few seconds, it sometimes asks to send the error report and sometimes it doesn't. It only did this once or twice out of the blue but now I am noticing it is doing it more often now. The phone has now also started to reboot back to the white HTC screen then show the t-mobile red letters screen then start up. One time it was completely off even though it had battery power and I had to turn it back on. Just last night I was in the middle of a phone call when the phone just dropped the call then rebooted to the white HTC screen then said it recovered from a fatal error or whatever the message says and asked me to report it.

View 1 Replies View RelatedMy CLIQ is ready to go I think. I have had tons of issues, but this is the final straw. Now my facebook and twitter accounts don't appear on the phone anymore. I have added and removed the apps several times. I reinstalled the CLIQ software twice. But I can't fix the issue.
When I go to accounts, facebook and twitter are not listed. So I click on add an account, and the next screen tells me that both programs are already connected associated with my phone.
The status and happenings widgets don't recognize the accounts. I can't remove them. I can't add them. They are just in CLIQ limbo!
When i synced contacts, the facebook contacts are not coming as phone contacts. So i cant use these contacts in many apps since they are not phone contacts. How to copy all contacts to phone contacts?
