HTC :: Ozone Any Way To Change Theme On Phone?
Jan 7, 2010I have just purchased this phone. Is there any way to change the theme on the phone? I have downloaded .tsk files to change the theme but it will only change the scheme and nothing else changes... Am I doing something wrong or is it just not possible on this phone? Any help would be appreciated, I have been trying different things all morning.

Aug 8, 2011I dropped my Nokia X6 and the screen cracked. It still displays everything OK but accepts no input. I don't want to shell out money to have it fixed (+-$100) because I'm almost due for a phone upgrade on my contract.I tried using the data cable but when I connect it to the phone I can't choose data transfer or ovi suite etc. since the screen input is broken.Is there any way to access the (internal) memory of the phone? I basically just need the photos and contacts.

Mar 6, 2012So - one of my dumb animals knocked my phone off a table (which they weren't supposed to be on in the first place) and it landed on the table foot (brass) face down and cracked the screen. The crack is down near the bottom (not on main viewing screen). Although the phone still works great, the crack is driving me crazy, and would anticipate it getting bigger at some point. I have the Verizon full replacement warranty, but don't really want a refurb as my BIONIC works perfect and don't want to get one someone returned that wasn't.
Just don't think Verizon will do anything except give me a refurb, and I don't have an upgrade coming for sometime.
HTC :: How To SIM Unlock VZ Ozone?
Jan 15, 2010Just got a VZ HTC Ozone. I have it all up and running with a CDMA reseller and it works fine there.I can pull up the MEID and IMEI no problem.I have inserted my T-Mobile SIM card.When the phone boots, I get the following message:SIM lock in upper left hand corner "The SIM card is not valid. Please insert Verizon SIM card. Device will default to CDMA mode."
Only option is to click OK. Then you end up in CDMA mode. You can select GSM only but then show no service although the SIM ID shows up when you go for information on the phone.How do I get this phone to SIM unlock mode so I can get a code from an unlock vendor?This phone was never activated on VZ so not sure they would help me out.
BB Torch 9800 :: Transferring Info From Phone To Phone
Aug 13, 2010I wanted to transfer my contacts, ringtones, pictures, and memo pad info from my storm 2 to the 9800. I didn't want to use the DM "Switch Devices" utility because I don't want everything copied over including the settings.The pictures and contacts were easy as I just switched SD cards.Ringtones and pictures I transferred over by plugging in the phones up and used Windows to simply drag the files over.My problem is the memo pad info. How do I get that to my 9800?

1) When I dial a number there is an annoying beep when I press the call button. I can't figure out how to disable it.
2) I can't seem to "lock" the ring volume controls. I set it for a low volume ring but somehow it keeps resetting itself to ring loud. How do I keep the ring volume at the level I set it? TIA.
HTC :: Fixing Ozone Registry Mod
Mar 3, 2010I have an HTC Ozone that I flashed from WM6.1 to WM6.5 using the official ROM that was released.Before I flashed to WM6.5, I had put PHM RegEdit on my Ozone, and did the DISABLE SMS SENT MESSAGE mod.After I flashed to 6.5, the Message Sent Notification popped up after I sent a text, so I went back in with PHM, and low and behold, the mod is still the same. I tried changing it back to 0 (Default), and instead of just keeping it on, it started popping up 2 Message Sent Notifications. So, I tried setting it to 2, and nothing, just the regular Notification. And now it's set at 1, which is supposed to turn it off, but it keeps popping up.
Did I eff up something in the registry when I flashed to 6.5? Is there some way to fix this so I can turn off the stupid notification? Or will this hack not work with 6.5?
HTC :: Ozone Any Usb Data Cable?
Mar 30, 2010HTC Ozone. No data cable with device when I bought it. Have 3 or 4 mini usb cables here. Does it matter which one is used or can any be used as long as it connects? Also, will the motorola razor car phone charger work with it? Don't want to damage the phone if there is some weird proprietary thing going on.

May 21, 2012My Outlook contact information on the PC ended up corrupted so I created another folder and moved all of the Outlook contact data to that folder (just as a precaution).
I then deleted all of the data in my Outlook contacts.
What I was hoping to do was push the data from the Bold 9650 to Outlook, effectively repopulating my contact list. The data on the phone is good. However, when I connect to the computer and it Desktop Manager attempts to sync the contact, it senses all contacts deleted in Outlook and asks if it can delete all contacts on the phone. I want to have it do the opposite, I want it to take the data from the phone and upload it to Outlook.

I'm not even sure where or how to search for the answer.I am a former Blackberry user and, as with my Atrix, my phone can be turned on but is non-accessible without a passcode, finger swipe, etc. However, with my Blackberry, as soon as the phone was turned on, I had my name and work telephone number typed on the wallpaper, asking to be contacted if my telephone was found. I haven't found a way to put the same info on my Atrix. Perhaps creating my own wallpaper?
