HTC One M7 :: Red Exclamation Mark In Red Triangle?
Mar 18, 2015My HTC onem7 crashed toady mid lolipop update. Now everytime I try to boot it all I get is a red exclamation inside a red triangle. My phone is not rooted, the bootloader is not unlocked and USB debugging is not enabled. Have tried factory reset but still the same.

This does not appear to be my issue.My issue involves a small triangle with an exclamation mark inside it. The graphic is next to the battery icon on the status bar. Does anyone know what this is trying to tell me? I do notice that my battery is discharging quite rapidly, about 1% every 3 minutes. Is this a battery temperature/charge issue?My 3GS is not in the charger currently.

May 28, 2015Since the 5.1 update my Nexus 6 on Sprint loses a connection a few times per day. I get an exclamation point. I have read this is specific to users of Sprint and T-mobile. I use Sprint. To correct this.. rather than restart the phone I activate airplane mode for a couple seconds. I was REALLY hoping that the 5.1.1 update would correct this. Nope. I have seen posts for this on the Google forum, but so far no solutions or solid reasons why it only affects Sprint and T-mobile devices. As I stated before.. this started AFTER the 5.1 update.

Jan 2, 2015I purchased the Moto X second edition unlocked pure version,from Motorola web site.For a month I was able to run on KitKat without any issues. After I have upgraded to Lollipop (5.0) I am seeing an exclamation point next to the data icon. Sometimes it takes a minute sometimes maybe 5 minutes to be able to use my data plan and access the internet!
There were situations when I could not even make a call. When switching to WIFi mode I am able to use the phone to full capability. It is just when I am trying to use my carrier's network when I have a problem. It is not related to the amount of data available, it reacts the same when I am at 100mba or 4 Gba.

May 31, 2012I used to charge my iPhone at night connected to a wall charger. Sometimes I would get an inverted yellow triangle with the message that the device di not support charging, but it would still charge. Now for some reason it gives the message and really won't charge. I have bought a dock to see if it was the wall charger but although the dock works fine when connected by usb to the laptop, I still can't charge when connected to the wall charger. It is an intermittent problem so I don't think it has anything to do with a dirty connector.

Sep 6, 2012My Xperia Z5 quite often displays an exclamation mark next to the wifi symbol when I'm connected to my home broadband. I've googled this and it seems that this indicates that my phone is not connected to Google servers when it is displayed.
This seems to be the case as Gmail, for example, shows as no connection when the exclamation is displayed. To rectify I have to turn wifi off and back on again.
I have a fibre broadband connection so I can't understand why the phone does this when all other devices in the house work fine.

May 26, 2014Cannot update 4.4.2 ... red exclamation after installing. So after I finished downlaoding new update ota it brings me straight the installation. I waited and waited until the installation part is done and something hits me in the heart. Red exclamation mark came up and I couldn't do anything.
