Phone gets really warm sometimes? Sometimes when playing games (dinosaur games to be precise, I just watched Jurassic Park 3D) it gets warm, same when streaming Pandora.
View 24 RepliesMy 950 gets uncomfortably warm while steaming or downloading large files. The screen gets warm and I'm thinking that it can't be good for the phone. I think it might be my case holding the heat in. Gonna try it today without the case and see how warm it gets. I normally get a tpu case which I think can generally disperse heat better.

Pandora use to play all of the time in the beginning but about 3 weeks ago it would play 4-6 songs then stop. I would have to shut it down and bring it back up to get it going again. I uninstalled/reinstalled it yesterday and now it will stop on the first song. I thought it might be Pandora but it is doing the same thing on audio podcasts.

When my turbo is paired to a device and either streaming or just playing music or video it becomes extremely laggy. To the point where it freezes and will not work. Often times this happens while simultaneously charging the phone but its not exclusive to that criteria. It's done it while off charger as well. Is this a heat issue? Too many things going on at once?

I try not to run too many apps at the same time. It was repaired only a few weeks ago but it still gets very hot. Especially when using the camera, playing games or just being on facebook. My partner has the same phone and it never gets hot. Is this normal? Or does my phone need repair yet again?

I have noticed that while I am playing that the screen will just freeze for about 3-5 seconds. There is no specific time when this happens, but it does happenevery 1-5 minutes. When the screen freezes the sound continues. This happens multiple times during game play.
I find this rather strange and would like to know if anyone else has noticed this. When I first noticed it in Hungry Shark, I thought maybe it was a problem with the game, but then I started playing Angry Birds and I was seeing the same behavior. I have to believe that this is a hardware or OS conflict since it is happening in multiple apps. I don't remember seeing any notifications or phone calls when this happens.

4. battery drains quickly. i dont use any app running behind.i close all apps using "long press menu button and kill the apps" method. still battery lasts for only 3 hours of internet and 1 hour gaming and 5 hours of stand by with everything closed.
Is this how it is meant to be for the X10 mini pro? And is there a solution to this as i do spend a lot of time in the Android Market and playing games.

I love the phone but the heat - unfortunately - does still seem to be an issue. Let me give you a couple of examples: When I play demanding games like Asphalt 8 both the back and the front of the screen get so warm that it is annoying. Most importantly: This happens also with a rather simple 2D-game called "Earn to die".Â
I just bought the device yesterday and it My gets warm (not hot) even when only using Google chrome. I also feel that the battery is draining fast when I'm using the device . I owned a Samsung Note 2 before and it never got warm even when I used it intensively.
