On all my other galaxys before this sprint s6 edge in the camera you was able to go to setting and turn the feature to take pictures from a video and go frame by frame at the same time once you press pause on the video. However, on this phone i do not find that option. I have looked everywhere nothing. Did samsung remove that feature?? Or am i not looking in the right place ?
View 2 RepliesAfter years of owning a blackberry I finally switched over to a Samsung. I have configured my imap mail servers and have it working (receiving and sending). I have a question. I removed my e-mails using web-mail on a computer but the e-mails still show up on the phone. I have manually sync'd the phone multiple times and they are still there. Why this is the case (My phone shows 250+ e-mails and when I log onto web-mail, I have about 20, which is correct)?
View 2 Replies View RelatedI've had my phone since May with no issues. As of a few days ago, my camera app launches upside down. All the icons are upside down and if I take a photo it comes out upside down. If I turn the phone upside down, the app will flip right side up. I can then flip it back and its fine.
Also, if I'm reading something in chrome and it flips to horizontal mode it won't flip back to vertical. The same trick of flipping upside down works or I have to close and reopen the app.
I have restarted and checked the auto rotate setting. I have not tried factory reset yet but may try that. I have a Verizon phone so I can't get to the gyro calibration screen. Any other way to force a calibration?
Sound? It's so annoying specially if you are using snap chat...

The camera screen appears, and at the top of the camera screen is the settings gearwheel icon along with Auto, Off, HDR On and Effect.But, when tapping the settings gearwheel icon the Camera Settings menu appears for a fraction of a second before the screen reverts. I can't get at the Camera Settings no matter how many times I try; the menu is on for an instant - then gone, and the screen is as before.

I try to refocus by pointing it at a few things or touching the screen but it doesn't so anything. I haven't used the camera in a few weeks, could that be it? View 5 Replies View RelatedI got the galaxy s6 edge about 2 weeks ago, and noticed that when I tried to take pictures with my front camera the pictures look very weird. Like everything is too bright and my face looks like i have a ton of make up on or i have been airbrushed or something. It is just very weird. I have tried turning the beauty setting to zero and turning HDR off. Still has not fixed the problem.
The back camera does not have this issue, it takes nice pictures. Also, my s4 front camera did not do this, it was a very good front camera. So i feel like the s6 front camera is a downgrade, what happened?
So I just recently got a S6 edge and I love everything about it ! But often times when I launch the camera it starts to make a buzzing noise and the screen gets all wavy and doesn't focus for a while.. What could be wrong.

I cannot zoom in or out on a subject using the camera feature. I have tried sliding finger up and down the trackpad and have also tried using the volume up and down keys. Neither works.

I reset my phone to the original factory setting through (*#7370#) and Multi-finger process but of no help. I even reinstalled the updated version but the problem still persists. My camera worked fine before the update but now it gives the said message and the phone hanges up on pressing the camera button. I request nokia developers to help fix this problem and check their updates for buge before uploading them to the server to save users from problems & worries.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI'm aiming for a very minimalist look for my lock screen. All I want visible on the lock screen (aside from the wallpaper) is the status bar at the top. I managed to hide everything else but I can't seem to get rid of the clock...
Plus, the time is already in the status bar so having a big clock on the lock screen is redundant.
How to get rid of the clock? Even i there was a way to recolor it or something maybe that would work in some cases. For example, if I could make it black then it wouldn't be visible against the current wallpaper...
