I can no longer access my samsung account. I had previously disabled the app along with some other bloat. When I tried to access new themes I re-enabled the account app and corresponding apps as well. I can now no longer sync the account. Every time I go into Settings>Accounts, and select Samsung account it instantly opens and closes. I now can't sign in, or download themes. I cleared my cache already.
View 21 RepliesJust purchased a new unlocked S6. I already had a Samsung account so went through the set up process on the phone and successfully set up the Samsung account on the phone using my Samsung account details. Able to go into Apps, Settings, Accounts, Samsung account and can see my email. The Samsung account syncs without problem and I can download apps through the Galaxy Apps site.
Now the issue, using the phone whilst in the Samsung account I select Profile so I can check my profile details but when I enter my password and select confirm, the phone shows a green & blue wheel with the words "In Progress" then the screen momentarily goes blank and then the same blue wheel with the words "In Progress" reappears and stays on the screen and that is as far as it goes. The phone is trying to open the Profile page but just continues showing the blue wheel with the words "In Progress".
I can log into my account through the account.samsung.com web site and enter the Profile through the website and I can use Find my mobile to connect to the phone and ring the phone so the phone is linked to the account. I have done a factory reset on the phone and the same issue remains. I have even set up a different Samsung account and the new account also has the same issue. I have cleared the cache and data on the phones Samsung account and tried to get into the Profile with the same issue. I asked a work colleague with a S6 to also log into his Profile via the phone and he had the same problem so it appears to be an issue with the Samsung app.
I have created a new Samsung account at the web site and I am trying to link my phone to that account but at the Settings-->Accounts and sync-->Add account
There is no Samsung Account option available! There are Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, MS Exchange, Google, Facebook and Qik Lite.
BUT NO Samsung Account. I have already linked with my Google account but still nothing changed. I have already shutdown the phone but nothing changed.
i tried to dowmload a paid theme called 'Symbian Theme' by GuangjunDong from nokia store.i was charged for it ,deducted from my prepaid balance.but the downloaded never started....

he theme store works just fine when I dismiss the error message but it is quite tedious to keep seeing it. How I can get rid of this? It keeps popping up whenever I start up the theme store.

I can access the internet through my WiFi at home (I have AT&T wireless) or at AT&T hotspots (Starbucks, Sam's Club, etc.). However, when I'm somewhere that has non-AT&T WiFi (Chick-Fil-A, Panera, etc.), I can connect -- with a strong signal -- but I'm unable to access the internet. I get a message about the server not responding.

On the browser, I just get the error message that I've entered an invalid email and/or password when I haven't. I can only seem to access my account when I'm on a WIFI network. I've contacted Yelp & of course they'll get back to me within a week.

Shortly after I got my iPhone 4S, I added my gmail account to the mail app (not the gmail app),so that I could read my email on my phone, and specifically not using the Gmail app, but using the email app, and adding the Gmail account as an Exchange Server so that my Google Contacts would sync to the device. It worked for weeks. Now, suddenly, it says wrong password whenever I try to check my email. I have removed it and added it back. I did not change anything on my email account configuration that would cause this.
Since it happened, though, I have removed the account and re-added it. It seems that it would stop me from adding the account if I were using the wrong password, but it lets me add the account with no problem, and only gives the wrong password message after that, when it tries to begin downloading emails.
I have typed in the password enough times today to make sure that I am typing it in correctly. I have been able to log into my gmail account via the web successfully (proving that I do know my own password). I even downloaded and installed the gmail app and was able to use it to get to my email. But that leaves my phone with zero contacts, because I keep all my contacts in Google Contacts, and the Gmail app doesn't seem to add any contacts to the contacts list on the phone. I need it to work the way it was set up & working before today. I don't know if Apple changed something, if Google changed something, or what. I would think that there would be others using this functionality who may be similarly stuck.
So my question is: How can I access my Gmail account from my iphone and have my google contacts brought into the phone's contact list, and constantly synchronized with Google contacts, like I had going before today? With the addition of iCloud, it gets really confusing really quick. The simple solution that I was using was so nice. I will be sad if it is gone for good...

When I tried to change the account, it cannot be done cause I have to do the factory reset in privacy setting (which will erase all my personal info and downloaded applications). I don't want that to happen as well. Plus, my my brother can't even remember what the password he has used for the Samsung account I'm very pissed off now that my Samsung account belong to him and the fact that I can't do the factory reset because of him.
