Galaxy S5 Lollipop. Phone is a month old. Wake up this morning, go to the stock music app, and all of my music has disappeared without a trace or an explanation.Tried a different app and still nothing. Pretty speechless and irritated at this point, I had a lot of music on there and hadn't backed any of it up yet. Why this may have happened? Is this music recoverable?

All if my on phone disappeared from my 4s 7.1 and now I get a message to go to the iTunes Store to download music
I go to the store and see my music but download won't respond. I've tried rebooting the phone but that didn't work.
As a side not when the music disappeared my safari Bookmarks were also gone. They did come back after the reboot. Â

I am using lumia 710 brought from nokia priority in amravati district in maharashtra(india)... I updated to tango some 1 month back and registered to nokia music...initially i was able to download the mixes but downloading songs from store was showing some error... Then one day i saw an update for nokia music in marketplace, and after the update the option of store and my mix had disappeared from the app... There is same problem with nearly everyone in my friends who had updated to new version present in marketplace.

My iphone has been working normal ever since ive had it. But randomly yesterday as i was on my way to work all my music except for 70 songs i recently purchased in the store was gone. Which is strange cause i was listening to my ipod like 5 minutes before i left my house. Almost 2000 songs gone. Ive restarted it several times but to no avail.

I used to be able to create playlists on my iPhone by going into the Music app, the Playlists, then choosing +New Playlist. Â
That option doesn't exist anymore. When I go into playlists, only playlists I have synced to my phone from iTunes are there, no option to create a new one one the run. What happened to it?

I use my Atrix as a mp3 player when at the gym so I don't miss any calls or texts. I was at the gym the other day and my phone reboots on it's own. When it restarts, the stock motorola music player is gone from my phone. I checked the app drawer and under manage applications, it looked like it was deleted. I then reboot my phone 3 times, to no avail. Music player is gone. I am not a huge fan of it because it sometime skips, but it's the only one that give me the ability to skip a song while the phone is locked. A few days pass and it happens again while I am using Winapp, but this time when the phone restarts, the music player is back.

Switching off and back on works, although sometimes I have to do that a couple of times.
I can play the files through the file manager but not the google play or the default music player. I have even downloaded third party music players with no luck. I tried moving the files around to the default music folder, and even the folder with the samsung song that came with the phone. No luck.
My last phone (nexus 4) recognized the files instantly, even found the album art and organized all of them no matter where the files were located. I really don't understand what the problem is, I thought this was supposed to be an upgrade.
Would putting the files on a micro SD card work at all?
The weirdest thing just happened on my S6: the "mobile data" switch in the swipe-down picker has disappeared!
I've rebooted the device, and even deleted the TouchWiz cache and data, but it didn't work.
I downloaded tons of apps for my galaxy s6 edge 64 gb so i made groups according to the app type but yesterday i went to a snow park where the temperature was like -7°C so when we got out, it showed that my sim card was removed so i restarted it. When it switched on, all those groups were gone except one which had facebook, tumblr and vine. When i see my installed apps on the play store, it shows all of them (the apps which disappeared) are still installed. They also appear in the app manager.

The only thing on the page are the four things on the bottom. Phone, Chrome, Contacts and apps. I can get to everything from the app drawer, should be a simple matter to repopulate my home page. I've restarted my phone several times. I've both just restarted, and shut down, then restarted. All of my history seems to still be in the apps, I.e my email accts are signed in, my s-health history is there. The only thing that's changed are the icons have vanished from my home page. Between this and the inability to sync properly, they really screwed up the email app.

My mate was mucking about with my phone earlier and changed the wallpaper to a pic from facebook so I'm thinking it maybe has something to do with that... I've been through the settings and can't find anything... been in the widgets to try and get it back cause I remember on my old samsung you could put it on the screen as a widget... but no luck!

WiFi networks stop showing up after a few days of Root, Rom, or Kernel. My S6 connects to the saved ones, but I have to add the new ones manually. And I experienced it with :
*Stock Rom + Adam kernel 2.3
*Stock Rom + UniKernel v8-0002 (both Odin and TWRP)
*XtreStoLite Deo-Mod 2.3
I have the 920F model and activated it with a UK sim a few months ago.. Have been using a US sim for the past 2 weeks, but today I went into an area with no service for a bit. Went back into an area with service and suddenly it says 'Not registered on network' when I go to make a call and 'No SIM card'.
I have gone into flight mode, cleaned and checked SIM (not a problem with the card), and then when I went to check the APN settings I noticed there was no way to get into my 'Mobile Network' settings! Its just gone!
Is it possible that it has reverted back to the European region lock and is awaiting a European SIM to be inserted before I can re-insert my US?
If it is a region lock, is there anyway to unlock it without using a European SIM as I no longer have mine and dont have quick access to one either.
