Nov 29, 2015I cannot see the videos when I look at the camera using internet explorer but I can see all the photos. I have copied the photos to my PC but not the videos.

Feb 25, 2015When trying to import pictures and videos from the S5 to Windows 8 desktop, I connect the USB and then right click "import pictures and videos" button.
However, Windows goes through all of my music first (which takes a while) before it finds my pictures and videos in order to download.
Any way to tell windows to skip searching through music files during this search? Just go straight to music or videos.

Apr 6, 2012I'm not a newbie to PCs or iPhones.But, I've got a really weird problem which could very well be a Windows XP problem and not an iPhone problem. I took 4 30-minute HD videos on my iPhone 4S the other day and want to transfer them to my PC.
Here's the problem: Using Windows Explorer shows that there are only 3 videos, not 4, and I'm unable to transfer them. They end up becoming 0KB movie files on my HDD.The same is true for the Scanner and Camera Wizard. Plus, using the Scanner and Camera Wizard yields an odd error message to the effect of "there is not enough storage to complete this operation."

Apr 20, 2012I took some videos, which are stored on the phone (Blackberry Torch 9800). How do I copy/transfer the videos from the phone to the micro SD card. In the future I will change the setting so that the videos are stored on the Sd card, but for now I just need to copy them from the device to the card.
The manual talks about transferring files from a PC to the phone but no mention about phone to micro SD card.

I looked up online and it said if you connect the iphone it will show under devices in "Finder", but it doesn't on mine, reconnected and nothing shows for the phone in devices. Jul 1, 2012If I email a photo from my Camera Roll, it opens up fine on the PC. If I connect the phone to my PC via USB, though, whether I choose USB Mass Storage, or Windows Media Sync, I can't get the valid photo files transferred it seems. The transferred files would be "invalid" to open on my PC running Windows 7. If I choose Windows Media Sync, and then use Windows Media Center to Import the files, it would always get stuck at ~45% completion. The imported files can be opened, but then the rest somehow can't even be transferred.
I used to have data and device encryption on. I turned both off when I found out about this problem, but the same issues remain.
