View 1 RepliesThe google calendar widget not synchronize with the agenda. Is a widget which you can place on your home screen shows the agreements that you have, is very easy, you do not always have to go to your agenda.but since one week I can see the events. But in the google calendar I notice them. I deleted the app and installed but that does not fix the problem.
View 1 Replies View RelatedWhen I go to agenda view it automatically goes to the final event entered chronologically. In my case November of 2012. How do I make it go to current date?
View 1 Replies View RelatedAlmost everything about my BB is perfect - for now BUT: I noticed that since a few weeks? ago my agenda view is acting weird. It's very slow when opening (-20sec delay). I read about a few other people having this issue but neither of them got the issue resolved. A few facts I noticed:
- when I enable "Show free time in Agenda" it gets a lot snappier, but it ruins the whole view for it fills the whole display.
- I have 4 calendars ("Default", Facebook, >>BIS-email-address<<, >>normal email-address<<)
- I keep the appointments forever, but there's only about 200 of them
- All other views work flawlessly
I hope you guys have a few suggestions as to how to resolve this - for me - huge problem.I can't tell when this started exactly but it doesn't seem to have anything to do with the OS I'm running (.509), otherwise most of you guys would have this problem, too
edit:
I already tried to:
- delete all the calendar data and resynchronize completely (I actually reflashed the whole phone)
- delete all the recurring appointments (birthdays etc.)
The agenda view is fast and responsive if all the calendars are empty
I downloaded the new software yesterday and it's fine except that I can't figure out an easy way to move across days in the calendar day view. The older version had the days of the week at the top and you could just scroll to next day. Is there an easy way other than going to view agenda and using the space bar?

Microsoft Outlook (Windows XP)I'm wondering if anyone has a fix for this issue? if i have a calendar entry which is "all day" or a calendar entry which spans across multiple days, they display on the week and month view, and "day" view, but NOT on agenda view?! for example, if i create an entry of "trade show" starting feb 1st, ending feb 10th, i see it in outlook, but when its sync'd it only shows on day week or month not agenda. i have tried.1/ a few battery out resets 2/ updating to latest blackberry core apps 3/ completely clearing calendar database, and re-syncing fresh 4/ creating the appointments *On* the blackberry instead. There doesnt appear to be any patches or fixes for this? i have had blackberries before (the previous bold, etc) which were all runing os 4.x and it was never an issue! would be great if anyone has found a solution for this.
Does anyone else have an issue in agenda view where the date starts way in the future? Even if I hit go to today if briefly goes then back forward to future year.
View 7 Replies View RelatedWhen you pull down the monthly view in calendar, you see the entire calendar. What you don't see is the dates marked with activity. I thought the calendar at one time was marked with a square or some other indication that there was activity on that date.

View 1 Replies View RelatedMy phone locks up for a good 30 seconds or more since I've installed this OS.HOW DO I FIX THIS? I can't view my calender from the AGENDA View & it's killing my productivity. 30+ secs just to get to the calender app, then another 30+ secs to make an entry or find a previous one.
View 6 Replies View RelatedI have separated email from SMS/MMS messages. When I select the SMS icon I can see SMS messages from a specific date ~7 days ago, but nothing more recent. When I select View Folder and select SMS Inbox I can see all my SMS messages up until current.Does anyone know how to fix the corrupt SMS/MMS icon (which is presumably pointing to a corrupt view of the SMS Inbox)?

View 3 Replies View RelatedI'm using Google calendar on Motorola Droid 2 and Motorola Droid Razr. The same google calendar issue exists on both phones.1) I like to see my calendar on Agenda view, but when I close the calendar app and then open it up again later, it is shown in month view. Why can't it stay in Agenda view? Is there something I can do so that it stays in whatever view I viewed last?2) If I click on "show today", sometimes it shows today's date in Agenda view, but then it may jump to an earlier date.If I again click "show today", then it jumps to an even earlier date. After about 5-6 tries, it usually goes back to today's date.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have got a Blackberry 9700 infront of me. When you go into the calender and scroll down the dates (in Agenda View) it seems to be stuck in a loop. For example today is the 21st you scroll down to the 24th then it loops back to either 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th or 21st again and again repeats this.
I have already wiped the handheld and reactivated on the BES. I have Issued a new 9700 and activated with the BES. I have Contacted out service providers and completed a sim replacement aswell as got them to ensure all settings were correct. I have removed the user from the BES and Readded, setting up all groups and policies needed. I have replicated all settings with a working blackberry.
I haven't seen this addressed anywhere and I may be the only one having this issue. I downloaded the Google now launcher for my S6 today. It seems to be installed properly and I see the shortcut for it. If I go into settings and try to set it for the default launcher it's nowhere to be found. I see TouchWiz, action launcher, and Nova but no Google Now.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI am using the origin built in calander for my Xperia Ray. When on the month screen you can see and scroll the Agenda list below. But this only seems to scroll for about six weeks in advance.
View 2 Replies View Relatedi have always used my agenda mode for my calendar and last week from one moment to the next it started taking 20, 30, 40 seconds to open. once it's open it takes another 30 seconds to be able to scroll around. i have seen that many people have had the same problem and they are right, showing free time does improve it (but it also jams up the calendar with a lot of unnecessary appointments.)
View 9 Replies View Related1. I marked only my Google Calendar to sync with the build in calendar.
2. The Calendar (HTC) widjet is working just fine. Though when clicking on it (or either accessing the app) it would show blank page.
3. I know it is syncing, since when I inserted new event thru the app, it immediately affected google calendar. the event itself, however, WAS NOT BEING SEEN IN THE APP.
4. I cleaned app's cache, tried to do recovery with an HTC rep's instructions (press power+ +button for 15 sec etc.)
Phone is not rooted.
Symptom:
Calendar takes ~5 seconds to load. Upon loading, another ~5 seconds till it will respond to any activity. I have it default to Agenda view, as I always have. Prior to v5.0.0.607 this was NEVER an issue.
Work-around:
If I turn "show free time" to ON, then it works perfect. Loads instantly, scrolls instantly, etc. However, turned OFF, it reverts to issue above.Problem is that I really don't want to show the free time on my view. Whom else has this issue, anyone? Does anyone know how to resolve this?
I just switched from the default Samsung calendar app to the Google Calendar app. Events from my primary Google calendar, "Personal", appear on the Google Calendar app on my S5, but the calendar itself doesn't appear as an option when creating new events or in the Settings page. As a result, I can see all of my events that I enter via my PC browser (correctly under the label "Personal"), but I cannot add new events from my phone to that specific calendar. My other, less frequently used Gmail calendars (Birthdays, work, a few shared calendars) appear.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI recently upgraded from the HTC EVO LTE to the Samsung S5. One widget I loved on my EVO was a Google Calendar widget. It was 4x1 and just showed the next event coming up on my calendar right on my home screen. While I have downloaded the Google Calendar app from the Play Store, I still don't have that widget. Not from the Google Calendar app nor the built in Samsung app. I just have a 2x3 one, 4x2 and 4x4. Which widget I'm referring to and how to get it? Or even if I could just get it to show up on my lockscreen but nowhere else, that would be fine!

View 2 Replies View RelatedI've posted this problem earlier. My Birthdays in my Contacts, do not carry over to Google Calendar. I don't have access to a laptop to go on the Web, to use the web version of Google calendar. All advice has mentioned Gmail. I don't use Gmail for email. It's not loaded as an app, but I used to use it. Is that the reason why contact birthdays don't show on Google Calendar? I have added birthdays as a recurring event, but it annoys me that it doesn't work.

I started google calendar notifications to my email before I had a smart phone.... on my old Galaxy S4 I didn't have this problem. I have my default set up to send email (was supposed to be only to my computer) days before and hours before as a reminder. Now that I have my GS5 phone and have sync'd it with my calendar I get double notifications for some things and I cant get it to turn off. I dont want to turn off all my notifications? I turned off my email notifications on my phone but that doesn't stop me from getting double Notifications Texts and sound?

View 3 Replies View RelatedIt's been about 4 years since I had an Android phone (back from the dark side) and I am getting our shared calendar setup.
My Windows Google calendar to my wife's Windows Google calendar is fine, syncs within 20-30 seconds. Seems like the sync to her Note5 and my S6 is so slow that to be sure we are getting the calendar updates we have to go in and manually sync the Google account on each phone. This process takes a good 5 mins and is not ideal to be doing it all day long to ensure we have the latest events.
Is there something I can check/change to get the sync to happen a bit more automatically/frequently on the phones?
I signed up to the samsung account hoping that would do the trick. Not so.
