Mar 5, 2015A bunch of my apps randomly crashed....And the green android man is there instead of the icon. It says the app is uninstalled. It's mildly annoying but what happened?

Jun 11, 2010I let a friends little brother play with my phone on a spongebob app and when i came to check up on him, he deleted a bunch of my apps. I know that i can redownload them for free. The thing is that I don't remember the names of these apps that he deleted. Is there anyway I can see what apps he deleted.

Dec 1, 2014Before going to sleep I went into the App Store and updated a bunch of apps. When I woke up I noticed all my iMessages and text messages had no names. i have tried to cut off contact from settings>iCloud and turning it back on and I still get nothing. I have also restarted my phone. Under back up it says that the last backup couldn't be completed. This was about 1:48pm est. How to recover them. I'm still using ios7 on an iphone 4s.

May 12, 2015I have an issue with my S5. I updated from KitKat to Lollipop 5 days ago. After reading some of the horror stories associated with Lollipop and battery life, lag, phone performance, etc., I didn't waste any time before doing a full factory data reset. I am pretty sure the FDR worked, since I have had absolutely no problems with battery life, lag, or my phone running hot.
However, I have this weird issue where apps will randomly start on their own. Two examples, the first is that I opened my recent apps and noticed a whole bunch of apps in there that I had 100% most certainly not opened at any time since clearing my recent apps. The second example occurred this morning. I did a 10 minute walk to work and when I got to my office, I noticed that Rocket Music Player had opened and was playing my music. I highly doubt this happened due to any physical touch because not only would the power or home button have had to be pushed, but then the screen would have had to be swiped, the Rocket Player opened, and a song clicked on to start playing. I highly doubt this all occurred in my pocket.

Oct 2, 2015Having a issue where apps will randomly launch when I unlock my phone (using the fingerprint scanner). It's just not one app it's many different apps on my phone. And no none of the apps where open before hand.

Galaxy S6 :: New App Crashed Phone Now Screen Won't Turn On?
Nov 27, 2015Yesterday I downloaded a new app from the play store, and after about 10 minutes of messing around with the app, it locked up my S6. So i tried to kill the app, no luck. Did a soft reset, vibrated and powered down. Upon reboot, the screen flickered the "powered by android" splash screen and went through its normal boot with the screen black. Tried to get the screen to turn on, but now it only flickers with a green vertical line, and then turn the screen turns right back off... Everything seems to be fine on the phone, ie, i can take pictures(auto upload to dropbox), screen shots, and even answer any incoming calls. But the screen wont turn on. Waiting for the battery to drain to see what will happen, when its dead and i try to plug it in.

BB Torch :: 9800 Randomly Uninstalls Apps?
Aug 3, 2011My 9800 from ATT works great and I really like using this but the annoying aspect of the phone is that it randomly uninstalls my applications. Today, the Blackberry software gift, DriveSafe.ly enterprise edition uninstalled itself and it's no longer on my phone. The reason I know this is that when I go to the App world and click on the app, it says "download now" and if it was already there, it should say "already installed." This part of the Blackberry is my most annoying issue. Is there another way? With the free apps it's easy, just re-install. But with this one since it was gifted do I have to pay to get it re-install? I have not gone through a restore yet, hoping don't have to.

Oct 24, 2015As of a few weeks ago I noticed my phone would randomly restart, I didn't think much of it until one day it shut off, restarted, and then it was locked and would not unlock no matter how long I held the side button down for, plugging it into the charger did nothing. I ended up having to let the phone just die and recharge it once it had died. I could deal with all of that, but today I noticed after it had some sluggish responses to me wanting to unlock the screen (it would stay locked and not respond to button presses until i waited around 2 or 3 minutes after hitting the button initially).
I tried to use several applications, the appstore, snapchat, youtube, and i got little to no activity from any of them. Never ending loading from just about all, or no activity whatsoever from the appstore, yet the net browser and facebook/ etc worked just fine. And to top it all off, I noticed my battery draining at an alarming rate, maybe 10% every 30 minutes even with nearly no applications running or open.

Jun 5, 2012I randomly lose internet access with but still have full use of certain app's like bbm and whatsapp & full signal (3G). For example if I restart my phone before I go to sleep, wake up the next morning, about an hour or so in to my day I will open the facebook or twitter app and my feed's wont refresh although I have perfectly fine network and my whatsapp & bbm work fine, the same problem is with the browser, I try search something and have no luck either.

Aug 21, 2014I bought an iPhone 4s in November 2013. The phone is through Sprint. (didn't know if that made a difference or not.) In the past 7 months the phones apps have been opening & shutting right down, the app might stay on for 2 minutes if you're lucky. It started out with my Facebook app shutting down, then it progressed to other apps & the repeated random shutdowns have been getting worse. The phone itself overheats without even being plugged into the charger. The Safari is now beginning to close randomly. I called my carrier & they said that they could run a diagnostics test on my phone to see what's making it do what it's doing. Since the phone has been shutting down & randomly shutting apps off for over 7 months, they've ruled out the option of it being a bad software through Apple.

I have noticed that sometime, when I am in the call logs / browser / menu / messaging screen the screen freezes up. this happens randomly but i have noticed that it happens mostly when I try to unlock the keypad.I am able to move to other open apps while long pressing the home button on the phone but when i try to kill /exit from these apps (by pressing the back button), it gives be a message box as to whether i want to exit the app and when i press "yes", nothing happens.
