Eseries / Communicators :: Print Emails And 'activenotes' Through Bluetooth?
May 1, 2011
Is there a way to print emails and 'activenotes' through bluetooth, as I can successfully print text messages, contacts, quickoffice docs and 'normal' notes using Options>Printing options.
My Nokia E72 was bought in Hong Kong in 2009, it has built-in Simplified Chinese support (as well as Traditional Chinese and English). I can read SMS, MMS and PDF/XLS files containing Chinese characters perfectly. But when I attempt to print something, e.g. an SMS, the printed page will be messed up by a lot of block-characters (see the sample picture attached). This problem was encountered in Chinese contents only, even though these Chinese characters could be displayed correctly on the screen. I have tried this on several different printers and this issue persists on all of them. Current firmware in my phone is 081.003.240.03. I have never installed any font-changing software, and always use default settings or system fonts for the phone OS and all applications.
I have a E7 and I would like to print my calendar (I transferred on it all datas since 2005 from my first communicator and new ones everytime changed) and all my contacts.
I have no Outlook Pro but only Outlook Express
If possible I would like to simple print all agenda and calendar (no need to transfer anywhere)
I used to have no problem receiving and sending emails on my E63 but when I updated my Nokia software it wiped out all my settings and my email account. So I set up the email again (btinternet) but it will only receive, not send. I get a 'queued' notice on the email in the outbox and it will not send even if I try to send manually repeatedly. The incoming and outgoing mailserver is the same (mail.btinternet.com) and I can't see what else can be a problem.
I have an E72-1. I tried the E-5 before and it's the same problem. I can receive emails but not send them. My providers are talktalk and 3 mobile. I have tried using the Nokia software which they say is the latest thing. I have also tried email on 3 but it won't download because they say I should use the inbuilt Nokia software. The emails come in beautifully, but if I try to send one I get return path .
I just got me a new E5 about a week ago. Despite reading a lot on this forum, I still have two major issues setting up this device; so I need some help. Problem number one is that I cannot set up my email. I have "aol" email that falls under "other" in the email set up section. Some of the screens listed in Pool of Knowledge subsection (like choosing POP3 or IMAP) does not even come up in my e5 during email setup screens. What to do to set up aol email account.
Problem number 2 is that I cannot transfer my contacts and other data from old device (Nokia X2-01) to the new e5. I paired them easily using Bluetooth but when it get to the point of transferring the data, I hear a "click" sound in the e5 and "Bluetooth disconnected." error message comes on. I have tried upteenth times but I get the same result. When I tried to transfer contacts one by one, using Bluetooth business card option it works; but I have over 800 contacts and I would like to use the switch route. What to do to solve this problem?. I hope I do not have a faulty device.
Since some days ago a circle with a crossed line is shown in my Nokia E71 phone, just at a side of the battery logo, and since that I cannot send or receive emails. My questions are: What does that circle with the crossed line means? and How to do for receiving and sending emails again?
I have just upgraded to the new email client (3.09.0) and my pop email accounts no longer sync automatically in the background. They only sync if I manually open up each email account and ask to do a manual sync?
I'm quite sure that an Imap account of mine was taking 25MB from C drive space. So, I've tried to convert it to POP and delete the emails from the phone. It didn't work. The phone kept showing "I'm deleting the messages" but with no succes. So I removed the account, hoping to delete the messages. From what I see it didn't do the trick. Now, I would like to find where the emails are stored and manually delete them.
I have several POP3 email accounts and I will change emails from unread to read. After some time (from seconds to days or even weeks), some of them will reappear as unread.
I have an E71 phone purchased from UAE and was working pretty well till i got the phone updated to the latest 510.21.009. The phone started giving problems thereafter.Initilly i found the phone not responding after installing whatsapp. I removed that program and the phone was fine. It restarts in between without any reason. The latest problem is that the bluetooth pairing menu is missing in the bluetooth option. It used to be a secondary tab on the right hand side of the main menu. Now its missing.
just installed Anna yesterday, with both updates. a long-press on the asterisk, instead of switching on bluetooth, it does nothing, and after the third attempt, causes the phone to reboot. well done, Nokia!
I am having some trouble trying to connect my E6-00 to some devices through Bluetooth. For those devices I get messages such "no device support" and "impossible to connect" after providing the password to pair them. At this moment, the device I am trying to connect is shown at E6 list as paired, but the connection is not possible. It does not happen to all of them.I installed all updates available through Nokia Suite, but the problem was not solved.
My nokia e6 gets heated when I use emails or nimbuzz or and internet services. What should be done. I think nokia phones standards have drastically low quality.
how to get bluetooth keyboards to work right with the E52? Back in the E51 I would use Wlss.Keybd. app to connect, I can't seem to find that, or anything like it in the E52.
PC: HP Compaq 8510w running Win XP Professional, SP3 with PC Suite 7.1.51.0 Bluetooth: Broadcom 2.1.207.297/HCI 2.0/LMP 2.0 (HP integrated) E52 software ver 052.003, custom 052.003.247.05 (updated a month earlier)
They pair, but the phone insists my PC is an Audio Device ("Connect to audio device" on the menu). The PC responds somewhat strange - "Bluetooth Hands-Free device E52 Establishing Connection"...which FAILS - "Unable to establish Bluetooth connection" on the E52. So my PC also believes the E52 is a hands-free device. Apparently.Discovery of services on the E52 yields Data Transfer, Dial-Up Networking, Headset Audio Gateway, OBEX File Transfer+Object Push I recently replaced my original E52 with a new one and the first phone paired well and I could at least be on-line with text messages, calendar and contacts, although sometimes they would not connect automatically or the connection would be broken. This one's a mess.
I have a E63 set and an inspiron 1440 laptop. I want to pair my phone with my laptop but whn pairing completes, it always says that "all drivers not found" . usually it is the bluetooth modem that is not installed. I am attaching an image;
When I try to connect my E7 via USB or Bluetooth to my Windows 7 computer Ovi says connecting but never connects. I have uninstalled and reinstalled all Nokia software on the computer to no avail, I can access the mass storage device directly via the usb cable and see the contents.
i can't send pictures from my gallery to my computer via bluetooth. the signal keeps flickering and it always tell me: 'unable to connect' when i purposely click 'send' when the signal showed the full strength (the signal's off when i click 'send). i have turned the bluetooth on in both devices?
I've upgrade my E72 to version 071.004 and now I can't pair it with my Ford Focus Bluetooth radio. The phone keeps checking for devices and can't find the car bluetooth. This is a major problem for me as use it daily.Meanwhile I've read there's a new firmware version (81.003) but it doesn't seem to be available here in Portugal. I've already checked for updates via OTA and through the Nokia Suite but it says there's no updates. Can anyone help me with this problem? Is there any solution? Is it possible to downgrade to the previous firmware version?
I am using Nokia E63. I use bluetooth mono headset while driving. When I disconnect the bluetooth I am not able to use loudspeaker. What is the problem and the solution?
My E7 (Anna upgrade installed, but the problem existed already before Anna, from the very first day I used the phone) has incredible problems in connecting with Bluetooth.I have paired my E7 with several computers (one Lenovo, one Compaq, one HP - all having the latest Ovi suite) and with my car kit (Nokia 616). With all of these, getting the Bluetooth connection up and running is pain.It seems that when the phone is freshly powered on, connection can easily be initiated. But if the phone has been powered on for a longer time (like half hour or more), it usually can't get connection to remote party.Previously I had N97 and N97 mini and there were no problems with these.
I have got my Dell Vostro 3700 with Win7 (Pro-32bit) recently, have been trying connect my E72 with OVI via bluetooth, it only work when the first pairing, and the connection cannot establish once i restarted the computer.
