I have noticed that my e72 keep producing short (<1s) quiet "beep-like" sounds.Have not been able to figure out the pattern when does it occur - but it beeps at least once an hour or so.The sound is similar to the "auto-confirmation that a text message was sent" sound (which usually happen a few seconds to minute after the text message is sent).how to disable it.

I find this annoying because if I watch a video or playing a game the phone is constantly vibrating if I chose to have sound on. Is this normal, or is it some kind of defect on my phone? *Also, is it normal the phone goes extremely hot by playing some games for just a couple of minutes?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI've had my e5-00 for about a year now and I could always get around 3 - 4 days of use out of it without charging. Now, after upgrading to 081.004, the battery doesn't even last for a day. I have to charge it approx. every 20 hours and that's without calling, texting, browsing or using the phone at all really. Wifi and bluetooth are turned off and I didn't change any other settings.

When in a pitch black dark room i can see this in my screen. its annoying because i can really notice it. it cannot produce true black, in which i believe is what amoled is all about, producing true black. but my screen is not producing true black.

It isnt the headset as i have tested another pair and it does the same and it works fine in my other phone. Im not sure if i did something in the service menu as i was trying to increase volume on my headset for music, but this resets with a soft reset so it cant be that. I recently upgraded to ICS and thought this would solve the problem but it hasent. I do not really want to do a hard reset as this will take ages to back everything up and put it all back to how it was,I am also unable to access the Service Menu Audio setting now, nothing happens when selected, all the other options work, again i dont believe this is the problem.

They say my voice fades in and out or sounds like I am in an echo chamber. It doesn't matter where I am at, home, office, on the road. It happens to everyone. It started with my first photon. I was told an upgrade was coming to fix it. Upgrade provided no fix. Phone got run over (don't try this, it ain't that tough), new photon arrived, right out of the box, same problem. Sprint gave me another photon. As I drove out of the Sprint parking lot making my first call, same problem. If I plug my ear buds in, the problem immediatly goes away. Neither Sprint or Motorola have any answers. Does anyone have similar problem? Any fixes? I do not believe it is the phone but I have no ideas.

My Photos application is having problem. Whenever i take a photo with the camera (front or back), pictures are clear in this application when previewed.
But when i take a screenshot in the phone or import a image in the phone, then preview those images or screenshots in the Photos application, it is not clear.
Also, I tried clicking the "settings" button on the top right in the Photos application, nothing is appearing.
My nexus 6p is now about 1 month old and since yesterday i noticed my rear camera has been producing unfocused and blurry images. It also make a little cracking noise when i open the camera app or switch back to the rear camera from the front facing camera. I tried to clean the lens and I even buy fv camera 5 and try manual focus but it did not work. The images produces from the rear camera are now even worse than the front facing camera.

I tried going through the profiles to make sure they weren't muted or off and nothing is working. I had the exact same problem less than 24 hours ago and the cell phone place just gave me a new phone because they couldn't figure it out either. If I could get some kind of direction as to what I need to do I would appreciate it greatly.
View 5 Replies View RelatedI have bought a Nokia E71 from a friend and when trying to download something from the Ovi store it asks for my user name and password, but says my user name and password are wrong and won't connect. I am using the same ones I use to connect to Ovi on my computer and it accepts them OK. Could this be because the previous owner's user name and password have been stored somewhere on the phone and as a security measure it won't let me in with my user name and password?
Does anyone know what I can do to be able to log in to Ovi on my phone so that I can download an application? The one I want at the moment is Sports Tracker so that I can check how many miles I do when going for a walk. I could perhaps find it online and download straight from their website, but I do really need to be able to download things through Ovi if required.
My problem is, when the phone goes in an area where there's no service, the 3G icon shows up in the right top corner, but when I go back to the area that has service, the 3G icon won't go away and I can't make any calls nor receive. only solution is to turn off the phone and turn back on. can you help me about that, how I can receive service again without restarting the phone?

I have just compared E-63 and 5233 both the phones have same 2 mega pixel camera and also have same resolution of 1600*1200 and there is a huge difference between in there pictures which are clicked at the same time and location when i m seeing in the PC.

But when an incoming call comes in I do get the name resolution of the person calling and his mobile no which is stored in the contacts.I tried backing up the mobile and all the time the backup of contacts could not happened and besides Contacts rest all is backed up....
