Feb 25, 2012I've got a Nokia E6-00. Sending messages and calling works fine. Receiving messages is a problem. When I ask someone to send me a text message, it doesn't come in either until I reboot my phone or until I open "sim messages". I've removed F-secure, rebooted several times and tried other sim cards from other providers. The problem is always present, regardless of simcard, provider or message length. I have enough memory left on the phone and the sim card.

It does not matter what do I use for downloading: build-in browser, opera mini, dropML etc. - the result is always the same. It seems, that it is the phone's bug. Jan 13, 2011When trying to upload new Ovi maps, I get a message that my memory card is full. Checking memory card properties (on the computer) shows enough space and OVI reports:
Your device's memory card is full. free some memory. Amount of memory required: 648 MB, amount of memory currently available: 817 MB.
I updated my OVI Suite software (to 3.0.0.284) and the software on my E52 (to 052.003). I first tried to upload one map and it reported full memory. Then I tried to update existing maps and got the message above. Then I deleted ALL maps and tried to upload ONE map and again there was not enough memory..

Jan 14, 2011I can't seem to download attachments from my Hotmail account. It was fine when I tried opening the email in html so that i can view the attachments, but when i tried downloading, it shows me the windows live page and says 'device not supported', so i can't download the attachments.
So does the E72 email client not allow attachments downloading or do i have to use the 3rd party windows live application to download attachments?

My phone shows the update but tells me to download via PC.Ovi Suite shows the new software being available, but everytime I try to download (about 20 times since last week), I get the following; Checking for latest updates . ThenChecking if device support software is up to date...... ThenSomething has gone wrong. There was a problem. Retsart Ovi Suite and start again. Error code 12017.I have uninstalled and re-installed Ovi Suite (V 3.1.1.85) on my PC (Windows 7 64-Bit). When I call Nokia I just get told that their servers are down and to keep trying, however on one of the discussions it states error code 12017 is due to the software not reaching the phone intact.

Jan 9, 2011I received two download links from the Nokia website upon request. Clicking on the link gets me to the download site and it asks me to sign in or register if I don't have a Nokia account. Whoever designed this was either on drugs or intoxicated, because without a nokia account they don't send you a download link in the first place. Since I do post this message here, I obviously did register and have an account. The problem is, my username and Password is not being recognized and it sends me into a never ending loop, with other words I am unable to sign in and download the application.i am at my wits ends and I am fuming at Nokia for giving me such a hard time to download a simple mobile app. My phone model is the E71x and both apps I received the link for are supposed to be compatible with this model.
