my nokia c5 3.2mp camera is not working. When i open camera. It say system error -2 and camera error and app is closed. What should i do . If can i replace my camra with new one on going nokia care centre.and if it ok then how much it cost.

i tried using other camera app but it's no use. the phone has no warranty in my country so i could not have a replacement.
been to the samsung service center also but still no luck.
I have C7 headset, its secondary camera was working correctly until few days ago, from then it doesn't work.I don't know what's happened but when I select secondary amera,the screen of that is black however I can see the menu of that.I restored factory setting but it wasn't useful.

After I updated my c7 software to symbian anna my front camera is not working, I am getting error "unknown error occurred, please restart the camera, if problem persist then restart the phone" and after restarting still I am getting the same error.

When I turn it on from the Camera button or Software button, doesnt matter I get, black screen and the settings marks of camera view on the screen. When shoot the picture from the button or the screen button, it does take the picture but it is very dark picture, even under a strong light and no colors but blue everything in the picture like a horror movie! When I insist taking photo during this condition, it all gets frozen and I hardly go back to phone and the phone requires a start up to be stabilized again. I get a frozen camera working behind and slows down everything. I have tryed reloading the symbian update, (Doesnt work) I have tryed to format MicroSD (even making it FAT32)

I dont know which update it was, but this is not important as I have updated to anna anyway (hoped to fix that by anna). But the problem persists.When I switch on the camera (by any method), it shows this error. View 2 Replies View Relatedi have a nokia c6-01 brought 4 months ago. one day i noticed that the camera flash is lit when my phone was in my pocket. no apps were running, no camera, no recorder, no flashlights etc. it started to occure once in a while. i tried resetting and reinstalling the os. installed all the latest updates, but the problem wont go away!!. even when no 3rd party apps are present. the flash lights up spontaneously and stays on until i switch off the phone. i dont get much free time these days to visit a nokia care center.

I have this problem after I upgrade my C6-01 to Anna, before at home screen when I press the camera button it open camera app, and takes photos when app is open. Now after update, the button only work when camera app is running. So every time I want to take a picture, I have to open menu, etc... And that's all, its the only bug I detect after Anna update.

I open it but the following message appear-Connection Failed -Your internet settings shlould be activated for java applications, or try again later. Check your phone maual or www.ebuddy.com on how to do this. If not you can always use or lite messenger.I called my operator's customer service "Vodafone-Egpyt" and they assured that my internet settings is well configured and that is most probably a problem from the cell phone.
