Cseries :: C6-00 Data Disconnected Profile But It On?
Feb 24, 2012
I got my C6-00 a few days ago (first smartphone after 4 years with T68i and 4 years with w910i)I'm overseas and I'd like to stay unconnected from data network (I don't want to pay the charges for roaming data connexions) but I need to be able to place receive phone calls or send SMS(it's a phone isn't it? )So, without changing all the connections parameters of every application nor turning on "unconnected mode" (duno the english name of this profile as my phone is french) I'd just like to be able to quickly turn off (and back turn on) all data connexions when I get out of (and back get in) the area where my data connexions are free. And the best would be to be able to connect to a wifi LAN when needed without being obliged to declare it as a connection point when it's already connected.....
I brought C7 3weeks back. after only 1 week of using it I realised that when I rcvd a call it got disconnected within few secs. Sometimes the call would last for long too, but frequency of disconnection was more. I gave it to nokia care. They returned it saying that they did some tuning and calibrated it. now after using it for 2 days again i m having the same issues.
Just got my C3-01 last week and I love it. However, when I pair with my Parrot MK6000 car-kit, the audio quality is of low quality. I can hear music/phone calls just fine, but the quality is something akin to a 64kbps mp3 as opposed to a 192kbps mp3.My E71, N900, and E73 all work beautifully with the carkit, but I understand that my carkit is Bluetooth v1.2 as opposed to v2.1 supported by the C3-01. vouch for the C3-01 supporting the Bluetooth A2DP profile and getting high quality stereo sound from it? If not, perhaps this a bug in the new S40 Touch and Type Bluetooth stack.
basically my phone is not connecting to mobile data after wi-fi connection is lost or manually disconnected. This is not always happening but once it happens the only way to bring back mobile data is by restarting the phone or manually toggling mobile data on and off in settings. Once it connects to mobile data it'll work for a while but then after being connected on WI-FI for a while it won't go back to mobile data on its own.
I noticed when I update my profile on my n5 I will lose network data until I switch network data off and back on. It only happens after I update the profile the prl is fine.
Will the next iOS update provide users to set up profiles that can be changed manually or by a chosen location setting. Or an a app with the same ability
So I've done my best to find a solution to my custom sound profile problems, but I can't seem to find any similar posts. On my 9700 the default sound profile overrides the custom profile. From everything I've read so far it's supposed to be the opposite correct? What am I missing or not understanding?
how to check the call & data log on this phone please? Id like to keep track of how much usage Ive made. It was fairly simple on previous older phones!
I am using a C5-03 as my company phone and the company phone plane doesn't include data. May I know how to turn off the data connectivity such that there is no chance ever of me accidentally going on 3G internet networks/GPS/any data transfers at all?
My c3 switched off and came back on, on its self and lost basically everything on the phone such as apps, games, internet options folder, internet settings, messaging folder settings, all received texts and all other data. How do I get all this back and fix the phone
i have a Nokia C6-00 which keeps on connecting to mys service provider's packet data. So many times i have disconnected it in its Connection Manager Menu but it keeps on connecting automatically. It is really annoying since ts consume so much power that makes me to recharge the phone everyday,. I have checked for the Apps I have to find the culprit for the problem, but I I still don't know what application is responsible for that.Is it possible that I just delete my Internet configurations with my service provider?

I get this message when I try to use most applications in my new Nokia C503 "Not enough memory to perform operation. Delete some data first"i have 116Kb free in the phone memory and 960Mb in the Memory card. I don't have stored any messages, nor pictures, nor videos in my phone memory.Browsing with the File manager on the phone memory only see empty folders and some files .dat .cfg. cvs. txt. in the main root .
own a Nokia C5-00 since one week.My question(s): When using Maps the phone is always building up a packet data connection.1. Why?. I think it should be enough to use the integrated GPS-Signal (even if it takes a bit longer to find my position sometimes)2. Where can i durable shutdown this function?. I have changed all settings in the way that the phone should ask before building any connections, but that doesnt work. The phone is used in a rate model where i am one out of three members and that since bout 8 years. Im afraid that data costs are not really cheap in this "old" rate
I had a problem with the iphone3. I was doing a backup and restore and my child disconnected the phone during the process. So now I have a white apple with a hollow line (empty progress bar) but I cannot turn it off or do anything at all. I took out the card but it makes no difference. Any idea how I can get the restore redone?
I am facing issues while connecting to internet. Its gets disconnected after some time. & i can not reconnect to it until i reboot. I check with network provider on this issue . I came to know that the issue is with handset only. Because the SIM work fine on other handsets & Other SIMs have same issue with Neo V Hand set.
I live in Canada and bought the phone unlocked off Dell USA. I don't think there are any service stations in Canada. I was updating to 2.1 and the phone disconntected while updating. It was not physically disconnected, it just... got disconnected by windows... And now the updater is just spinning its wheels. What can I do to restore my phone...?
I was updating and my latop turned off.I tried to update it again but my software 'update install' button won't work when i click it..and it my signal bar says off now.
When I disconnect the Z2 from the pc, the sd card is not accessible from the phone. All apps installed on the card are considered not to be installed. I disconnect the phone the save way from pc. Build 23.1.A.0.726, original firmware for the D6503. Android 5.0.2
BB bold 9870 battery went flat. As I have mislaid the Ac charger unit, I connected my BB to my laptop via a USB connecter. Now my BB will not charge at all, and when I go to the BB desktop software icon, it says it is 'disconnected, although the cable is connected! What/where can I go to get my BB working again
