Aug 29, 2012I am using a C5-03 as my company phone and the company phone plane doesn't include data. May I know how to turn off the data connectivity such that there is no chance ever of me accidentally going on 3G internet networks/GPS/any data transfers at all?

Nov 10, 2011I am using nokia c6-01 but there is problem that call disconnects again and again. And message displayed is connection error..Sometimes it disconnects with in a min.Or after 2 min or so..Error..will this be some network problem or some device problem or software problem.

Nov 30, 2010I bought a Nokia C3-00 on 4th November,2010 on around 28th Nov. I made some calls to my brother, his name is Shathi, and we spoke properly.. After disconnecting the call I wanted to delete all my call log but the Shathi log was not deleted... then I tried to do it its giving " Invalid Selection" I tried changing the name to Shathu but still that Shathi is coming... Even I made backup of contacts and restored to factory the problem not solved.

Feb 24, 2012I got my C6-00 a few days ago (first smartphone after 4 years with T68i and 4 years with w910i)I'm overseas and I'd like to stay unconnected from data network (I don't want to pay the charges for roaming data connexions) but I need to be able to place receive phone calls or send SMS(it's a phone isn't it? )So, without changing all the connections parameters of every application nor turning on "unconnected mode" (duno the english name of this profile as my phone is french) I'd just like to be able to quickly turn off (and back turn on) all data connexions when I get out of (and back get in) the area where my data connexions are free. And the best would be to be able to connect to a wifi LAN when needed without being obliged to declare it as a connection point when it's already connected.....

Oct 26, 2011I've replaced my old 3109 phone with a C2-01 but I'm disappointed as some basic functionnalities disapearred. while idle the screen is black no way to see time if I miss a call ... no way to see it When I missed a call with my old 3109, the screen blinked as long as I unlocked the phone.How can I do the same thing with the C2-01 ?

Feb 10, 2011i have a Nokia C6-00 which keeps on connecting to mys service provider's packet data. So many times i have disconnected it in its Connection Manager Menu but it keeps on connecting automatically. It is really annoying since ts consume so much power that makes me to recharge the phone everyday,. I have checked for the Apps I have to find the culprit for the problem, but I I still don't know what application is responsible for that.Is it possible that I just delete my Internet configurations with my service provider?

Dec 21, 2010Every time i end a call, i can see the phone is allways doing something else, like browsing the web, or opening the gps aplication. Last but not list, for several times and unexpectedly i hold the call, or i end it by mistake.
I'm sure this happens because i keep telling it to do it (with my face touching the screen, during the calls!!!)
The phone have those 3 physical buttons on the bottom, (the red one, the green one and the menu one) and lets face it, those are the same 3 buttons existing in all nokia non-touchscreen phones).
So, two questions:
a) With those 3 buttons, why do i need the touch screen during a call??
b) Is there any option or aplication or trick to automatically lock the screen on the moment i start a call (incoming or outgoing) and unlock it when i end the call?

Aug 23, 2011Just updated my C7 ( Anna 1/2 and 2/2 and I noticed annoying problem.When someone is calling me, display won't wakeup and I cant see who is calling.. Sometimes display works ok, sometimes it takes few seconds to wake and and sometimes it wont work at all.HELP NEEDED! Usually it wont wake up if it is in my pocket while ringing.

Sometimes the call would last for long too, but frequency of disconnection was more. I gave it to nokia care. Sep 4, 2011I am not able to make any outgoing call from my Nokia C7 with Vodafone Sim inside it. After sometime I put some other card and It started working fine. I thought the problem is with Sim hence I put my Vodafone Sim in other phone and It also worked fine.

Aug 11, 2011I have tried to delete my call log from my phone however I get an "invalid selection" error message. The logs do not have any time and date next to the names and I am unable to delete. Also I have tried to delete some of my messages but all that has happened is the messages appear to be blank and I get the error "Error Occurred, Deletion not completed".
I have spoke to phones 4 u who I got my phone through and they have said they will have a look and it may need to go away to be sorted. I have tried a soft and hard reset but this has not worked. I was wondering if there was anything else I could try before I take it in.
