Jan 2, 2012I hav a nokia c7-00 with symbian anna v022.014.the latest update available is v025.007 but it is neither available to me at my phone updator nor nokia suite.what should i do?also the store available on my phone is nokia ovi store and not the new nokia store

Sep 3, 2012I tried to update the software of Nokia C5-05. It goes upto 3rd step Installing and shows 15 minutes remaining. Then after some time it shows "connection to the phone was lost". And asked to disconnect and reconnect. I tried this about 50 times in two days but same situation every time. Please suggest a method.

Aug 19, 2012I don't pay my service provider T-Mobile for internet acess on my phone, because I don't use Internet much and this phone already got Wi-Fi. So sometimes the phone's Wi-Fi worked just fine. But also sometimes it takes like 30 seconds (which only takes about 10 seconds when it worked) to load and then it said "Service not available". I had tried to use Wi-Fi with the phone closer to my modem with the Wi-Fi signal really strong, disconnected and reconnected, and turn the phone off and on again, but the problem sometimes happen, not always. So is this because of the phone's Wi-Fi receiver is bad, or something else?

Jun 21, 2012have the following problem.I installed Symbian Belle 2-3 day ago with the latest Ovi Maps and I came in Spain to found out that my GPS is not working. I've waited more than 30 minutes to locate my position few times but unsuccessfully.I'm here for 10 days, I need my GPS and I'm unable to reinstall my softwareNokia failed again with the software update. The last time with Symbian Anna I wasn't able to use Ovi Store for few months, now my GSP in not working, I'm tired to search for solution in the Internet, because Nokia don't test the software update and let their buyer to do that.I'm using Nokia phones for around 10 years and I haven't use any other make since my first Nokia phone, but I'm considering to buy a new phone, because now I'm not sure in their reliability anymore, which was their best quality.

Believe me that although there are many dual sim mobiles in the market yet I keep wait for the nokia's dual sim mobile. I bought it and bring this phone to my home. First its display quality disappointed me, as in the same range other brand have good quality display, yet I was ready to compramise with display quality. But I totally frustrated when I am unable to scroll the list item using my finger on touch screen. The scroller won't work. I restarted the mobile and even remove the battery and then I again restart my mobile after putting the battery again. I totally disappointend and curse myself on the decision of buying This nokia product.

Sep 4, 2011I am not able to make any outgoing call from my Nokia C7 with Vodafone Sim inside it. After sometime I put some other card and It started working fine. I thought the problem is with Sim hence I put my Vodafone Sim in other phone and It also worked fine.
Whenever I am trying to make call from Nokia C7 with old Vodafone Sim it gives error "NO ANSWER".

Dec 16, 2012I have been able to get into the internet without any problem, but I find that I can only type the domain (www.....) - it does not let me type any other information. So I cannot write things, post or access mail, for example, because that requires you to actually type things. All this browser lets me do is hover over the box where you type things in, but not actually type anything on it.
