I am trying to recycle my iphone 4s because after the ios 7 update my battery would only last 5hrs tops and my wifi was greyed out and wouldn't connect. Now I can't even reset my phone beause it wont connect to the server.

This seems like the biggest flaw. If you steal an iphone all you eed to do is turn it off and they'll never find you, or if it's turned off and lost there is no way to get it back. I had find my iphone set up before it was stolen and location services on. Apple should really add the feature to turn on your iphone into Find My iPhone.

My iPhone 4 was stolen in a bar in Boston last weekend, together with my jacket. I had Find My iPhone installed on it, but the phone has not come online since I lost it. I am just visiting the US; I bought the phone unlocked in Belgium and it had a UK simcard in it at the time of theft. Is there anything I can do to stop the thief from using it with his sim card? I have done some research and have found that I could ask my provider to blacklist the IMEI number. But what's the point of doing that in Belgium as it got stolen in the US and is probably still here... Can't I report my serial number to Apple and will that then stop the thief from using the phone when he syncs with iTunes?

It's my boyfriend's iPhone & we've dropped it plenty of times in the past going on 6 months now, so you can imagine it has plenty of cracks & the back had come off to where we taped it back on. Recently - a few days to a week ago I dropped it & it seemed fine until I tried taking a picture of our cats and the camera opened to a black screen. Everything else works fine except the speaker when we call out we have to put it on speaker for someone to hear us - already tried cleaning out all the ports. I don't want him to go to the iPhone store and have them complain about all the issues wrong with the phone and go extreme bill on him either. Yes I have tried restarting his phone, I just don't want to completely reboot it when it's under his mom's account & her iCloud. & The front facing camera works.

I'm trying to put the Messages icon into the dock of the iphone. The problem is I can't find where the icon is to move it. I've looked in all my folders on all my pages, and can't find it.
