how I can use Call Ignore option for any particular call.. Here, the objective is to transfer the call to Voice Mail after completing all the rings heard by the caller. I donot want to hear the rings at my end (reciever).2. Another requirement is to transfer a specific predefined caller id to voice mail without using any key? a rule that will transfer all the times, and caller will not hear any ring.
Unless I never noticed it I was wondering is there an option where I can ignore a call if I don't know the phone number? The reason I ask is I will be in the United States from July 30 - August 27, however I already purchased an American calling plan that gives me 100 roaming free minutes when I make or recieve a call. Anyway it also turns out my number is 1 digit off from the University of Toronto, so there have been a few times when I got phone calls from people thinking that's who they are calling. Now the reason why I am asking is if I can ignore some calls is just incase I see a phone number I don't know while I am in the United States, so I don't want to pick it up and I don't want it going to my voice mail incase they leave me one and then I need to call it and delete it.
a buddy of mine is on verizon and NOT on a blackberry, I know what the crap is wrong with him right? Anywho, he has something set up that when he gets a phone call and doesn't want to answer it he just hits ignore and has it set up that it will automatically send a text message to that number saying "i'm in a meeting I will call you back" is this possible to set up with a Blackberry Curve 8330 on Sprint? Thats what I have.
This is very frustrating! My phone has recently started ringing when I'm receiving incoming call but the screen remains idle and doesn't display who's calling. It also doesn't display the answer/ignore options and will continue to ring until I switch the phone off! I have also been receiving 'Unknown' calls from known numbers too.
I have looked through your forums and have read the Settings/Personalisation/Manage Notifications fix. I am in the UK however and my settings don't appear to have these options at all. I am a carer for my 2 year old daughter and depend on my phone for doctor/hospital appointments, physio, emergencies etc. I have a few months left on the contract and if I am very tempted to settle contract early as the phone is no use to me while it is doing this.
I have contacts on the sim but when I got the new phone I copied them to the phone so I can add things like photos. But I still have the contacts on the sim as a back up.I went to contacts and selected to only show phone contacts. But when someone calls, it shows the contact from the sim.I don't want to delete the contacts from the sim.
How can I ignore a wifi network? i did some reading and i found sites that say you long press the wifi network you want to ignore and an option will popup to ignore it. I do no get that option when i long press a wifi network. i'm suing a S6 Active.
I am hoping you guys can give me some insight as to what is going on. The other day, I got a phone call, and when I pressed the ignore, a song started playing. Now, more about the situation, I have OS 5.0, and my phone was on silent. The song played after pressing ignore is not a song on my blackberry that I am aware of, not my ring tones or music I've put on here. So, I don't know how the music started, why, but I couldn't get it to stop either. I had to do a battery pull to get it to stop. Anyone have any clues to get this to never happen again?
I received a BBM invite from some stranger. I can not decline, ignore or delete this unwanted BBM invite on the 9800 Torch. I t highlights the options, but when I select the options, nothing happens and the invite is still there.
Any other messages can be deleted or declined, but not this specific one. (It is sent from someone in Thailand)
Can virusses be sent via invites on the BBM? How do I get rid of this unwanted invite on my BB Torch?
I've seen GroupXIT app mentioned on various threads but their domain seems to not be active anymore: " group xit com" and I can't find the app in google play store.
Other than specifically asking folks to leave me out of a group message, is there any other way to withdraw from a monster group text thread?
Some annoying family starting MONSTER NFL threads every damned Sunday and I know zero people in the thread and would like to take control of my inbox again.
Sounds stupid, but I saw it on a TV show and was wondering if it can be done. Had a quick look and can't see the option but would be interested in a feature like that.
I have received a BBM request from someone I don't know. I have declined it and now I want to remove the request from the requests list. I've tried selecting 'ignore' and then deleting from the ignore request list. I've tried deleting from my inbox but to no avail.
I just started using my new torch last week. All fine so far, just the call log (in phone app the center part) remains empty no matter what I do. I tried all settings in the menu and also checked the folder (lots of calls) and had it shown in the message list as well. So calls are being recorded, just not shown in there at all! What to do? Can't be a memory issue since it's the new and free of any user data (photos music etc) so plenty of storage!
Just about a week ago, my phone started to act up by not showing the option to answer or ignore incoming calls. I've tried restarting the phone and messing with setting but nothing.
I have a BB 8707v. I alsway have the indication of a missed call in my display (top right corner) even if I haven't missed a call. also the phone icon always shows an asterix indicating a missed call. How can I reset that missed call indication? In case I do miss a call the indicator goes to two missed calls and when I reset, it indicates one missed call again
i've noticed that when i call someone who is engaged in call i can't recognize it as it's not like Nokia or any other Symbian Device that shows CALL WAITING to know that the other party has a call.
Wanted to know is this available on the new Torch OS 6?
I can't receive a call on my blackberry bold 9780 and talk quitely without putting my phone on speaker, If l don't put the phone on speaker l can't hear the caller it goes dead quite.

I saw a movie which is a chinese movie made in hongkong. And all the actress and actor are using 9700. And in the movie they are making a call to another party, and during that called, the other party are showing live video from their back camera.. I mean a real live video.. So.. I'm wondering.. If that feature could possibly apply to my new 9700?Meanwhile,I had try it.. But it won't work.. N there is no sign of any video call on the menu list.. Am I being cheated by the movie? Or just because needed a new application to go with it 2 support that kind of situation? Is anybody here could help me with my confusion here? At least an explanation of why a smart phone like not given us a 3G video call, even from a rear camera will do the job to satisfied user.
I have to reinstall my blackberry torch 9800, after that I used the blackberry desktop manager to restore a backup, after this all my contacts and some other information was there but there are not any of my downloaded apps, the problem is that I've paid for a lot of them, is there some way to recover them?
