Apr 3, 2011
I'm really throwing an SOS to you all but right now I need help.I just returned from a seven month deployment and was not able to use my new Bold 2 for the duration of my outing.I have forgotten my answer to the question on my security question and unable to reset my password.Who do I need to contact to get a general reset for my account?
At the first adjustment BlackBerry PlayBook I do not have a software updating. Gives out an error (1001, 3001, 3000) and constantly sends in the previous menu of adjustment Wi-Fi of a network. Prompt, what to me to do?
I have created an app which is not accepted by app store due to the usage of private API. Now I want to distribute the app to jailbreak phones. I know that there is Cydia for distribution, but how do I create a file for distribution? In detail, after compilation, I have a signed *.app file (signed with Apple's distribution certificate). What do I have to do with this file, so that I can e.g. email it to friend who have jailbroken iPhones?
I am trying to update the SW to 7.1 in the Porsche Design P9981.
The phone is currently running 7.0 build 2395. I am in Portugal and use a Portuguese carrier that provides BlackBerry services.I tried using Desktop Software, no new updates are detected.I tried OTA as well, but in the Options menu there is only an option for Device - About software versions, but there isn't an option or icon to check for updatesI tried web-based updates but again, no updates available were detected. Is it possible that 7.1 isn't yet available for download in Portugal?
Everytime I try to update my apps on my blackberry it says "an error has occured please try again later" and when I do try again later it says the same thing.
While trying to update my apps on my phone it telling me to the security code is not right on my visa when I've been using this since I got the phone. Also the massege is telling me to contact Itune to complete this transaction.
I have about 55MB of phone memory left on my Xperia Ray. But when I try to upgrade/update apps that are stored on the phone memory, like Twitter update of 3.5MB, I am warned that I don't have enough memory left.
Upgraded iphone now I'm unable to update apps. Apps are grayed and say underneath "waiting" they have been saying that for one day now. I deleted apps reinstalled apps and even power down phone many times and still have the same issue. The upgrade was also to have the ability to open camara from lock screen. The camara is there but when I click on the icon the screen just bounces up and down. I can see the camara behind it but it doesn't open all the way.
I have tried rebooting phone, deleting and reinstalling apps. Wish I could delete upgrade. Should of never did the update to phone.
Well I'm having trouble with downloading or updating my apps, at first I thought it was a problem with my iPhone 4s or the storage so I turn off my device and reboot it but still no movement on the "waiting" under the app so now they just get stuck?
Iphone 4s wont let me update any of my apps. says there is not enough space that was when i had like 1.5 gb available. deleted some things and now have 4.3 gb available. still says same thing. i dont get it?! im just updating apps. i have 3 gb on my icloud available too i dono if that matters.
After I updated my Z2 to lollipop today, I moved some app's to my sd card. I was not aware that it was not working properly.
Later I saw that the app's I moved cannot be opened or even deleted and when I reinstall them again they don't even show up. I have attached a screenshot also.
I am unable to download and update free apps from the Android Market on my Xperia X10 since the last 15-20 days. Can anyone help me with this problem? I am facing a lot of issues due to non-availability of many already installed apps and also I am unable to download and use new apps.
I am facing a strange issue for the past few days that I am not able to download or update any application from the market and the message I get is " Download Unsuccessfull". I went thru several discussions on the forum and have uninstalled unpates, clear cache, restarted it several times..I already uninstall few apps thinking it was due to memory issue and have around 70 MB free memory.
Unable to install or update apps. While attempting to update, received the following msg: "Update for xxxxxx could not be downloaded due to error(921)". Xoom WiFi only, Android ver. 4.0.4, Build # IMM76 Android phone is able to install and update apps on my home WiFi network.
I bought my iPhone at the ATT store on June 29th.. Since then I got a replacement. Will I be able to return my iPhone at the Apple store despite buying it at the ATT store and it being a replacement iPhone? WIll my two year contract be canceled as well?
Sadly, I am returning my iPhone 4. Do you guys know the best way to erase all your data but still keep your back-up?If you restore a phone does it overwrite your back-up?What about just putting the password in wrong 10 times? Is that a good way to remove sensitive data?
Recently I have found a problem with my phone regarding the internet history. Whenever I delete my internet history via settings>privacy>delete personal files (might be different because mine is in dutch). The history will be removed untill i close down internet and start it up again. The internet sites i have visited will be back again when I typ something in the adress bar.
I made sure I put off syncronizing via any account, even without wifi or any other internet network it still comes back. This means there is some kind internet history thing stored on my phone which keeps putting it all back. How to delete it without automatically recovering when I restart my internet browser?
I recently received a message telling me that an update was available for App World. I downloaded the update, installed it and rebooted. Now I am unable to download apps. When I hit the download button it takes me to the sign in for BlackBerry ID, then to terms and conditions and then to my ID settings! The only way I can get off this screen is to press Discard, which takes me back to where I started! I just keep going round in circles.
Yesterday i perform factory reset to my phone. Because of previously i received "Package file invalid" issue. Today i try to update my phone apps and try to download new apps on Android market over the HSDPA connection (3G). If i click Update All or single app update button or new apps Download buttons nothing happen only display "Downloading" progress bar, then i wait more than 30 minutes so not download and update. So i clear caches and data on Android market apps, download agent and restart phone and again try. But still i face this issue. So how do i fix it?I already disable automatic restore feature in Android phone privacy setting. As a result of this issue i can't update and download new apps.
Love my Z2 apart from a couple of annoying things. When I exit a contact it always returns to the beginning. For example if i try ringing 'tony mobile' with no answer so think ill call on his mobile when press back i have to scroll though to tony mobile as it always returns to 'A'. its the same with messages
I bought a black one today and it is going back to the store tomorrow. It's not snug enough for my liking.Since it doesn't happen without a pic, here you go.URL... The pieces of paper are there in place of me flexing the case with my hands. I had difficulty trying to take an autoshot of the looseness of the case while holding the phone.
Just got my wife a BB Bold 9780. Current software version is as delivered from the Bell retailer (ver. 6.0, bundle 863 I believe).
Anyway, when you open the browser, it allows you to visit a website. However, as soon as you click a link, it begins to open the website, but then about 1/2 way through loading the page, the browser jumps back to the 'bookmarks' home screen. When you press the back button, it just exits the browser. Tried with multiple websites, and the behavior is always the same.
I've tried the usual fixes - battery pull, clearing the browser cache and history, etc., but the problem won't go away.
I've got to return my phone so I need to return it back to stock, I made a backup when I first rooted my phone and installed the custom recovery, if I flash this backup will it return my phone to stock and get rid of the warning while in bootloader ?
I have been modifying my device by installing custom roms rooting etc. I know my warranty is void but my device won't even get recognized in smart manager when entering IMEI. when booted up to odin mode i don't see an option anymore to see "show Barcode". My device is still functional but I want to try to go back to stock official everything. Is there a way to fix this issue by installing or flashing anything? I think its because of the installation of xposed.
