When I am trying to add or edit a contact phone hangs and I need to do a power recycle. When I do that I am getting address book exception.To avoid this I need to get in to contacts, then go to options , select SIM book, in that add or edit contact and then select Add all to contacts.

For example, if you highlight the Games folder and press the Blackberry options, one Tour can choose "edit folder" and pick a new Icon. The other Tour mine is missing that choice. Any fix? If I create my own folder, I have the feature, but not for my Games, Applications and other folder that were there in the old OS.

Or sometimes I can find it but with all the contact information deleted.I am using Verizon Backup assitant to manage my contacts. I wonder if anyone else have the same problem. i saw on kevin's Internet video about the blackberry messenger stress test that it said "crackberry.com" at the top where it would normally say the network's name. is there a way i can actually enter in what i want or at least have the network's name on there? it's really annoying to have that blank space there at the top of the screen. it looks awkward for me.

RoadSync cannot edit this contact" Of course it is not a RoadSync contact because there are no RoadSync contacts in my telephone (although, I do use RoadSync).
