Apr 19, 2012I have a blackberry curve 8520 and it has never given me any problems. Yesterday, I tried to edit a contact in my address book and nothing happened, it didn't give me the option like the 'roll' button had frozen up or something. Also, the phone froze completely and I had to switch it off (which took a few seconds) and then I had to switch on again. I got an error message of some kind saying an application was not running or working.

May 10, 2011Recently I cannot edit any contact on the phone (Xperia Mini Pro) - whenever I want to edit a contact the RoadSync opens and gives the following message: "This is not a RoadSync contact. RoadSync cannot edit this contact" Of course it is not a RoadSync contact because there are no RoadSync contacts in my telephone (although, I do use RoadSync). How can I get rid of the message and allow the telephone to edit my contacts (some of them are stored on in the SIM and some are google contacts)?

Jan 31, 2010I am brand new to Blackberry and am trying to edit my address book. All the telephone numbers from my old Mobile Phone have been imported to my Bold, but it’s labeling them all as “Work” contacts, which isn’t true.
How can I manipulate these numbers easily on my Mac computer? I downloaded Blackberry Desktop Manager for Mac and have backed up the contacts (as a bbb file, I think). But still finding it difficult to actually see the phone numbers and manipulate them on my computer.
