when i try to add a new contact it does not respond (in some cases the phone freezes) and i have to remove battery and start the phone again. again if I try to add any contacts it wont let me edit or create new contacts. Sometimes I got errors after the phone froze which were: net_rim_bb_addressbook_app(185) not responding. what can I do to resolve this?

Everytime I edit a contact it creates a duplicate of the contact. Then when I go to delete the duplicate contact it occaisionally deletes both of them.

Or sometimes I can find it but with all the contact information deleted.I am using Verizon Backup assitant to manage my contacts. I wonder if anyone else have the same problem.
