Apr 26, 2012I recently purchased BB Torch 9860 with OS 7 and configured by personal and work email on BIS. I am receiving emails only in text format. In some emails with images that have hyperlink, I just see a link and images not displayed. All the images comes as an attachment in the email. My friend having another BB Torch is able to view emails as HTML. But he is with BES.
Is there any solution for my issue? I am not receiving any options in the email preference to enable HTML format for emails.

Jul 27, 2012Unable to receive incoming email to 1 email account on BB Curve 9330. tried several times Sprint support on phone and at store. Able to send emails from that email but it shows only on desktop. Other email accounts are running just fine.

Feb 12, 2012I have been using blackberry since march 2011, there never be a problem receiving BBM before. I can send the BBM message but I could not receive any BBM message from my contact after I resubscribe my Blackberry Internet Service yesterday. I tried to sign in to windows live messenger and it works fine. My email is also working as usual.I have tried to take out my battery and put it back on several times. I have also tried to uninstall and reinstall back my BBM application.

Jan 6, 2012My Torch is functioning completely normally except that I'm not receiving emails. The IT dept where I work has checked everything out but their only solution is to wipe the whole blackberry and start over. I would love to avoid this. They checked my settings and tried them in another device and it worked fine.

Sep 5, 2012I have been unable to receive email on my phone now for days. I initially did a batttery pull and this was unsuccessful. I have done everything possible, that I know of, to fix it on my own. I ended up doing a security wipe and now I cannot send emails either. When I try to send an email i get this message "no message services configured. You will be directed to the setup wizard to setup your email account". However, my email is already set up and I have deleted and readded it, with no luck. I have gone to my service provider- Bell- and they were unable to help me and said that I woudl have to contact Blackberry directly. I have no landline so I would have to go somewhere else in order to call so I can look at my phone at the same time.

Apr 30, 2011I just got my Torch back from being repaired from the track-pad not working.I first cleared anything that might of been on the phone and restored my back-up files to get all my addresses and applications into my phone.I know I have to reopen all the accounts applications I want to work.All my apps I have reinstalled work which I use and are all much needed tools, even up to my documents apps and PDF.I thought my email accounts would of come with the back-up which I reinstalled.
