Since I had to change my Torch 9810 from a defective one I have been getting multiple App World notifications about the same app. I just had 7 for a pattern lock app all with the same time. How can I stop this?
Experiencing multiple notifications from Google Now of the exact same thing repeatedly ? I'll clearly it then 5 secs later it'll appear again, I don't know if it's a bug or the notification app I'm using.
I've had my X10 mini pro for about a month and now I can't stand some of the "features" anymore. First, I thought people where crazy, sending me the same sms two or three times in a row. But now I've realized that they aren't, it's just my phone that receives them over and over again. It is the same thing with notifications. If I set a reminder in the calendar, the reminder pops up in my notification bar sometimes five or six times before I get to angry and delete the whole event from the calendar.
I know there's a setting for overall LED notifications but I'd like to set a different color based on the notification type. Especially for the two email accounts I am using, something like green for work email and red for personal email.
Is this possible without a separate app? If not, what app do you recommend? I really don't need it for anything else other than that.
Why am I getting two notifications for the same email? Also when I click on an email icon that has a number next to it I get into one client, but if I drop notification bar down and choose the email notification I am getting into another client and that's the one I actually prefer.
When I got my new torch 9800 it displayed multiple icons under different headings. Now when I go to one of the headings the icons under it are display one large at a time and require endlessly scrolling down to find the one I want. How do I change it back to displaying multiple small icons?
Wondering how do you select multiple messages so you can delete them in one operation? I know how to delete prior but that's what I want to do. So easy on my old bold.
I have over 150 photos in the Pictures Folder on my Blackberry Torch 9800 and after importing them to my PC, I want to delete them from my BB to regain space and memory.. I can delete these photos one by one following directions in the Guide but it does not make sense to repeat this step 150 times and there must be a quicker way to go about it.
What I want to do is to delete the entire contents of that Pictures Folder in one step. I have looked into the BB Torch User Guide Ver 6.0 and in Help for the BB Desktop Software and have not found any directions on deleting entire folders or multiple files in a folder in one step.
I want to create multiple contact lists on my Torch so I can have one list of active clients and another list of inactive clients. How do I create the lists and move the contacts between the lists?
I have a Torch 9800. This device freezes up multiple times per day. I've had it for 1 1/2 years now, and has done this since about 6 months in. Used to happen only occasionally, then more often. When I upgraded the software it seemed to stop for awhile, then started again, and is now not only annoying, but is preventing me from doing my work. It has frozen up already 4 times in a 5 hour time period. When this happens, I cannot do anything, access emails, make calls, etc. I can receive calls, but cannot disconnect once the call is complete. The freeze goes on for between 5 and 10 minutes at a time. Sometimes (but not always) once its done, an error message comes on screen that says: "Uncaught exception: Application net_rim_bb_messaging_app(1637) is not responding, process terminated. " The number (1637) is always different. I do not use BBM, and have tried to see if I can delete it from my phone, but it doesn't seem that I can. I am up to date on all software.
I have been trying for days to configure a second email account on my blackberry and have been unsuccessful. I already have my primary exchange account configured and is working successfully. This is not through a BES server, just added an account through Email Account Setup. Now I am trying to add a second exchange mailbox using the same exact process as the first one and I keep getting an error "Cannot log in. Please verify username and password..." Both of these accounts are accessible via OWA, and I have successfully logged into the second one with correct credentials.
I've heard that you can only connect to one Exchange account, but I thought that was only if you used Enterprise Activation.
I did send someone I know a text (one) yet as confirmed on my bill a text was sent from my phone to that number as well as seven other people that I do not their names or numbers at the exact same time to the minute. I found this out when a bunch of strangers started calling my phone asking for me by name... How could this have been sent to the other seven people? Did the one person HAVE to forward it to them? (I know he knows at least one of the receipts) Is there a way for someone to hack into my or their phone?
I can't log into app world - It keeps telling me that my user id and password don't match but they do. I even reset my password and that doesn't work either. This happened on my curve too and I thought getting a new phone would resolve it!
When I try to log in to app world with BB ID all i get are error messages saying either emal address and password dont match, or a message saying try again later.I've tried rebooting several times. tries using different email addresses. tried changing BB ID...all to no avail. There must be a soloution out there!

I was installing the new version of twitter (and something else I cant remember) and all of a sudden my app world and my twitter launches are gone! Ive tried removing the battery and stuff and still nothing's working!
I really need someone's help. I've been using my bb for a week. I hv downloaded and upgraded several apps. Yesterday somehow, I can't log in to my app. I've changed my password 2 times but still didn't work. So, I changed (already installed) 3.0.1.27 app world to 3.0.2.9 app world. I delete my ID and made a new account with the same email ID but it didn't work. The new app world even run slower than the previous one. I've attempted 10 times and the error ID 40730 occurred.Since I'm new with this bb, I don't have any idea what to do.
when i plug my torch into my pc, there are no pictures in the "pictures" tab of the desktop view all have been sync. when i unplugg my torch i then have 2000+ pics on my media card . how do i delete these all at one time?
I have a new blackberry torch and have used my blackberry app world on this but it has now stopped..... When logging in it says " unable to log in to your blackberry ID account" above this it says Verify blackberry ID I have gone in to options , advance settings, enterprise activation I have entered my details and a few minuets later it says failed...
I have the Blackberry Torch 9800 and and when I try and open App world, it doesn't do anything. It used to open but yesterday and today it won't open. I tried re installing it, deleting it then installing it again and it still won't do anything.
I installed google maps about a week ago. Since that time I cannot enter my app world.When I go to Blackberry ID account..I get message "Unable to retrieve your blackberry ID account information. I cannot download new apps. How do I delete google maps that I suspect may be causing all of the problems, since it is asking for permission to obtain personal information when I try to start.
The problem started when I updated my os 7 on my torch 9810 to the newer version. When I went to update my apps I signed in just fine. A few weeks later I tried to download a new app but the app world would say that their was a problem with the current session and to login to continue but the login screen doesn't come up. I can sign in via my phone browser and everything but it doesn't show me the apps that I have installed or unistalled.
I search online for ways to rectify this problem I even wiped my phone but when I went I updated the os again the same thing happened again. So now I'm just desperate can I fix this problem or do I need to buy a new phone?
I have been trying for some days not to purchase theUNO game from the APS world But I keep getting a message saying"THERE WAS A PROBLEM CONNECTING TO THE PAYMENT SYSTEM" I have been getting this constantly can someone please assist me on this matter. Or is there another way to get this game?
