May 12, 2010I am getting error "Error Cannot get enough information about the phone[3]"Unspecified error [1]" i downloaded the http://static.s2g.gate5.de/nokiamaps-client/ nokia_ maps_3.01_09wk44_ b01_s60_3.1_lm_rom.sis , but i am getting no signal and i cant sync my favorites.

Apr 22, 2010This is the error I get each time I try to run Maps Updater.Underneath it says "Unspecified error [1]"
The website tells me I can update to Ovi maps so I've installed Ovi Suite, got all the firmware and software updates, follow the instructions to download and install Maps Updater.First it seems to object to another version of map loader or maps updater running, so I close Ovi Suite and its OK then it gets the next error in th title here.

I have Nokia 5630 (buy in Czech Republic), I updated to latest firmware 012.020 and after that I canīt connected with Nokia maps updater (it shows the announcement like topic - see attached file). I try hard to reset and many, many things but without positive results. Is it this problem solvable?I want to use Nokia maps and I donīt. I want to buy Nokia GPS module but it is useless in this time. It must be any solution from Nokia company.

Apr 16, 2012To improve the security on my phone, I engaged the password feature. In trying to get back in my phone I must have entered the password incorrectly. When the maximum attempts had been used, the phone went through wiping and my phone was totally reset. My BBM listing and contact listing were all lost and even my BBM pin was changed. My phone was previously backed up on my computer but the computer is identifying my phone as a different divice. is there any way to get my computer to load my contact lists on the phone after it had been wiped in this way?

Sep 16, 2010I am having an issue with a weird error code that I have gotten since day 1 of owning my torch. Everytime I do a BP when the phone boots up I am getting an error that says, "122 Error Invalid Number. Please re-send using a valid 10 digit mobile number or valid short code. Activatet=6"
I get this same error code when trying to set up my visual voicemail. When someone leaves a message I get that 122 Error as well as another error sent from 1000000000 that just has a garbled message. My VVM has been reset twice by at&t and I have been told that everything is provisioned correctly. I was hoping that .214 would fix this issue but still it persists.

Oct 8, 2012I recently purchased a 9680 and used my previous BB I D for a few weeks. Now I cannot log into app world, protect or anything that needs the BB I D on the phone. Error message says cannot login at this time and on the login screen it says I D needs to be verified. I've tried new passwords, reinstalling app world, hard reset but no good. I can log in on the pc and attach my phone and it shows it aand all of the apps I have as uninstalled, even though they are still working and installed on the phone.

Jun 25, 2011My Torch yesterday evening just cut off from a call, switched itself off, come back on again with a white screen saying ''App Error 606 - Reset''. Everytime I reset it or take the battery out it reloads and the same message appears.
I have tried the following Program Files>Common Files>Research in Motion>App Loader>Loader but then when I do these steps (as advised from another forum) I get the message saying it has failed to locate any files but sometimes it goes to the next screen with my list of Application Names with a tick next to them all then I click finish and straight away without any loading bars or anything like that it says ''Successfully updated your software''. I then unplug the USB, reload the Torch and same error message comes up again!!!
I have also tried downloading the Blackberry Swiss Army Knife from from bbsak.org but I get a message from that saying ''Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 94371840 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 24 bytes) [URL].. on line 6ïŧŋ'' even though my computer has space.
I just dont know what to do now. Im looking for a step by step guide to fix this problem (bare in mind I am quite new to computers so please use as basic language/steps as possible in helping me please - no fancy words I'll just get totally lost).
BB Torch :: Error 102 On 9810?
Feb 4, 2012I keep getting an "Error 102 Reload Software for furhter information [URL]" message. There is a Reset button below that and when I press it, it just tries to restart my blackberry. It will load to a certain point and then come back to this Error message. I went to the website it suggests and it tells me to go onto my Blackberry Desktop Manager and reload my software. I tried to do this, but my Desktop Manager and my smart phone will not connect and so I can't reload my software.
