Every time before I receive this message , my phone begins to ring as if someone is calling me. Also the number between the ( ) keeps changing.

I have tried rebooting, taking the battery out and nothing is working.
I have reported this so many times to BB that I am starting to think they don't really have anyone out there fixing these things as we have had at least one update since the first report and its still happening.My device freezes up and eventually comes back with the following message:Uncaught exception: Application net-rim-bb-messaging-app (148) is not responding: process terminated.Then control is returned to the device.Its now starting to freeze up when I turn the device on first thing in the morning, though here it doesn't normally come up with the message but after about 5 mins will give me access to the device.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI had an Blackberry Bold 9900. Now that phone's stolen and I used my old Blackberry Bold as temporary replacement. I restored an old-backup and everything worked fine. After a week or so I got the following error:
"Uncaught Exception: Application net_rim_bb_addressbook_app(395) is not responding; process terminated"
And every time I want to add a contact or change an existing contact it doesn't work. The blackberry doesn't do a thing. Sometimes I get the error again. Sometimes nothing. I already did a battery pull and I already wiped everything of the blackberry (also the 3rd party app's) and did a restore + update from application loader to the latest OS for the BB 9000.
Recently when using my blackberry i noticed that the search did not show up properly. Then not long after this happened i started to get an error that read: Application net_rim_bb_unifiedsearch_lib (172) is not responding: process terminated. Please advise as to whatthis may be or if i can fix it.

Sometimes I can hit the ok button highlight and can continue using my phone, but as of lately more often than not, I must pull the battery as the phone locks up.BB support was unable to help. Sprint my carrier has been unable to help and wants me to drive another 30 miles to a "tech store".

At the same time there is a symbol in the upper right hand corner of the display indicating that data is being transferred. I can not use the Bold while that is occuring. View 1 Replies View RelatedI have a BlackBerry Torch 9800 with the 6.0 Bundle 2647. Recently, I had to change my email passwords after learning that my account was used to send spam. After changing my passwords, I went into my email setup to change the passwords on my phone. However, when I tried to access the email setup, all it would do is the "loading" icon, followed by nothing. Attempting to leave the Setup would then cause the phone to lock up, necessitating a shutdown. I've tried hard-resetting it via battery pop, not sure what else I can do to access the email setup.

View 3 Replies View RelatedAlthough my BlackBerry service with O2 is connected and working as normal, I am totally without email on my Torch 9800. I have owned the Torch 9800 since March.All has been well until last week when I changed the password on one of the 3 email accounts I had set up on my device. This password change left one of the accounts unable to send or receive mail, and is also what lead me to discover that I could not enter email set up on my device or via my network providers website ( www.o2email.co.uk ) .I have spent hours on the phone with O2 discussing this issue. The usual checks and procedures have been carried out, battery pulls, checking settings etc and the service books have been deleted and resent several times. These actions have not resolved the problem but instead led to the loss from my device of the other 2 email accounts which were working correctly but have now disappeared into thin air. Having tried all possible solutions with O2 I now come here looking for an answer.
When I visit my Network Providers BlackBerry mail service trying to create an account using my pin etc, I am without fail getting a pop up box containing the error message ''Your account is not accessible via HTML browser. Please use your devive to access BlackBerry Internet Service'' !? The result is the same whether I log in from my device over 3G or Wireless, or from a PC (have tried several browsers) .On my device, when I click on the Email Accounts icon from the setup menu nothing happens, no response at all. I have tried many times and there is just no way to set up or edit mail accounts. I am without mail on my device and growing increasingly short of patience.
I am now hoping somebody here can offer me some advice on how to resolve this issue. hat use is a BlackBerry without email capabilities ? I see from researching email set up problems on the Torch 9800 that I am not alone here so if somebody at BlackBerry is listening ? If this is a Torch 9800 issue then I am sure you will be doing all you can to resolve this but in the meantime
I cant open the calendar on my torch all of a sudden - it just freezes up. It will eventually say : uncaught exception: application net__rim_bb_calendar app(263) is not responding; process terminated.

I click on the email setup link on the phone but it won`t do anything at all. I see from the pull down list of programs that there are a few internet items required but it won`t allow me to click on them and download. I have updated the software but nothing.What can I do? My problem is: Every time I take the key , and the connection is terminated, the connection will not be established again automatically when I start the car. It has to be done manually. This should not to be necessary. According to Toyota The BlackBerry 8520 Cuve should work with Touch & and Go I tried to connect to the system with other phones, and it worked without any problems. I would hate to loose my BlackBerry because of this, and maybe it's just a small problem..
