View 4 RepliesI deleted the last calendar entry on my Nokia E72 phone and then my phone keeps hanging on the screensaver which says "No calendar entries for the next 22786 days". I have to remove my batteries and reset my mobile to sort this out. When I reboot the date changes to 29/12/2011 - 9:00 am.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have a BlackBerry Torch 9800 with the 6.0 Bundle 2647. Recently, I had to change my email passwords after learning that my account was used to send spam. After changing my passwords, I went into my email setup to change the passwords on my phone. However, when I tried to access the email setup, all it would do is the "loading" icon, followed by nothing. Attempting to leave the Setup would then cause the phone to lock up, necessitating a shutdown. I've tried hard-resetting it via battery pop, not sure what else I can do to access the email setup.

View 3 Replies View RelatedAlthough my BlackBerry service with O2 is connected and working as normal, I am totally without email on my Torch 9800. I have owned the Torch 9800 since March.All has been well until last week when I changed the password on one of the 3 email accounts I had set up on my device. This password change left one of the accounts unable to send or receive mail, and is also what lead me to discover that I could not enter email set up on my device or via my network providers website ( www.o2email.co.uk ) .I have spent hours on the phone with O2 discussing this issue. The usual checks and procedures have been carried out, battery pulls, checking settings etc and the service books have been deleted and resent several times. These actions have not resolved the problem but instead led to the loss from my device of the other 2 email accounts which were working correctly but have now disappeared into thin air. Having tried all possible solutions with O2 I now come here looking for an answer.
When I visit my Network Providers BlackBerry mail service trying to create an account using my pin etc, I am without fail getting a pop up box containing the error message ''Your account is not accessible via HTML browser. Please use your devive to access BlackBerry Internet Service'' !? The result is the same whether I log in from my device over 3G or Wireless, or from a PC (have tried several browsers) .On my device, when I click on the Email Accounts icon from the setup menu nothing happens, no response at all. I have tried many times and there is just no way to set up or edit mail accounts. I am without mail on my device and growing increasingly short of patience.
I am now hoping somebody here can offer me some advice on how to resolve this issue. hat use is a BlackBerry without email capabilities ? I see from researching email set up problems on the Torch 9800 that I am not alone here so if somebody at BlackBerry is listening ? If this is a Torch 9800 issue then I am sure you will be doing all you can to resolve this but in the meantime

I have tried rebooting, taking the battery out and nothing is working.
I have reported this so many times to BB that I am starting to think they don't really have anyone out there fixing these things as we have had at least one update since the first report and its still happening.My device freezes up and eventually comes back with the following message:Uncaught exception: Application net-rim-bb-messaging-app (148) is not responding: process terminated.Then control is returned to the device.Its now starting to freeze up when I turn the device on first thing in the morning, though here it doesn't normally come up with the message but after about 5 mins will give me access to the device.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI have bought a Torch, but cannot get it to set up in the Organizer configuration to sync with my Calendar in MS Office XP- Outlook. My computer runs Windows XP. The contacts and memo will configure (although) they are posting to an archive folder and when I try to change that I get Error 0x80043bea), but the Calendar and Tasks will go through the set-up process, but when you finish it, the checkmark on those 2 Outlook folder disappears before you can even select the advance settings.I have re-set the configuration on the Desktop software a couple of times, to no avail, and uninstalled the Desktop 6.0 software and reinstalled it. None of these measures have changed the problem.Any suggestions?

My phone has not got wet or been dropped. I checked for an update when I was notified that there was one available but when i got to the site it told me that no upgrade was available, made no sense.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have updated the software to version 6 onto my new netbook and have microsoft office 2007. IT wont let me sychronise memo pad, calendar and addresses etc.. When i go into configure it, the drop down box after i have inputted 2 way synch with outlook, the drop down box that asks for outlook user profile has nothing in it and if you try to proceed, you get the error message:
options value is unacceptable.
a new issue has occured. i have lost the ability to sync my calendar with my outlook. under the select data to synchronize field Calendar (not installed) appears with an un-checked box. when i set up the calendar and save it nothing changes. where am i going wrong?

1)my calendar is not syncing (birthday's calendar is syncing but not the main calendar even I set him to be synced via google sync..)

View 8 Replies View RelatedI apologize if this is a repeat issue, but I was unable to find the solution posted on the forums.I have a BlackBerry Torch running software version 6.0 bundle 695. The device only has 1 account, so it's a simple setup.Syncing is set to use Exchange mail (via web access). There is NO b.e.s. involvedonly Exchange and the BB device.It's calendar is not syncing in either direction. This was previously working for many months.All known settings appear to be correct including default email address in the Advanced system options. Also, email appears to be working fine, so the login and user information is correct (I reset it anyway to be sure). Only the calendar functionality is broken.I am currently updating the BlackBerry OS to from bundle 695 to bundle 2342 to see if this helps in any way. What else can I try to restore the calendar functionality (without wiping the device)
