BB Software :: Gmail IMAP Not Receiving, Only Sending?

I have been using gmail as my personal email and it's been syncing wonderfully via IMAP with my blackberry. My company just migrated over to a hosted gmail and I've added the email address to my BB and have configured the setting to IMAP enabled. I added the additional Lab to make sure the "show in imap" is checked off. However, I'm not receiving any emails. The ironic thing is that I'm able to send emails via my bb but when I reply from the outside address (reply via online), the reply message arrives in my actual inbox but not on my bb.

I have 3 email accounts that I synchronise with the email app. I use this app to have all my accounts in the same place, including my gmail account. The issue is that when I send an email, a copy of it is stored in the imap sent email folder of the account. Gmail do not recommend this practice because it saves all sent email by itself, and there for, if the client also saves a copy of the email, there is two copies stored. That's my problem. When using email app, I find in my email account twice the mail sent in the conversation. (How) can I configure the email app not to store the sent messages in the imap server ? I am running ICS official realease from sony (PC Companion) since yesterday.

Within the last couple of weeks, emails are not being removed from the Blackberry after removed from outlook or the web inteface. I have deleted/readded the account via BIS, wireless reconcile is on and no go. Services books sent many times and a few device wipes.Gmail is set to IMAP only with POP disabled.

After initial setup, I'm able to receive SOME, but not all, e-mails on my BB Curve 8530. The others not received on my BB DO appear in Outlook 2007. I can't seem to identify any difference between those e-mails I receive on the BB and those I don't. On the recommendation of my web hosting company, I'm using their IMAP server. POP3 remains an option too. I have completed the registration and reconciliation processes. I've consulted with my web hosting company, and with both Verizon Wireless and RIM;

I bought the SE Aspen couple of days ago and ran into an email problem. Im located in Finland and using Sonera's network (all bells and whistles installed). The Ready to Run app loaded all settings ok and browsing via exploder is ok. SMS and MMS are also working as they should. But for some reason when im trying to access my gmail IMAP account via Aspens email app I get a sync error -message when in 3g/gprs areas. In wifi the folders + inbox load ok (allthough the folders appear to be empty). In my previous devices i've used ProfiMail (which I think is THE mobile email app if you're using IMAP) and I installed it to Aspen too. Same thing here, in wifi everything works (every folders content in displayed properly) but when out of wifi area > sync error.
I've tried to play with the settings (have also set them manually as service provider's web manual instructs) and I'm pretty sure Sonera's settings are ok, since browsing, SMS and MMS work when in 3g/gprs coverage. access my gmail account via exploder also in 3g/gprs so im able to read incoming mail but because of my work (sales) i rely heavily on the information i have stored in my various gmail folders when on the road > accessing these and manipulating them via browser isnt fun/ possible.Also one other "fault" I have discovered in Aspen is that when using network updated time zone, it suggests that i change my time zone few times in a day (im in +2 zone and Aspen tells me to switch to and from +3 zone every now and then). I never had this problem with my previous (non-SE phones).

I was in gmail and I thought all of the e-mails in the All Mail folder were old/deleted emails. I checked the first hundred and they were all old. So I deleted them and that moved them to the Trash. Then I deleted the Trash. Apparently ALL of my e-mails were in the All Mail folder.. but that's not what it appeared when I looked in the All Mail folder to make sure that wasn't the case.
I use IMAP with my gmail account. They are gone when I log into gmail. They are gone in Thunderbird. But I have not updated my mail on my iPhone...any chance I can recover them from there?

So my gmail address list or contacts seems to have been hacked and all my contacts who are still talking to me have told me so.So I changed my gmail password.No more complaints, and probably no more friends as contacts.Â
But seriously, I have been able to get gmail (web) working with my new double authentication password(s). Also, my outlook for MAC is working using the special "generated App Password". (because Outlook cannot do the double authentication thingie)Ditto for the gmail app from google on my iPhone. (it works too).BUT I cannot get the iPhone Mail App to connect to Gmail.
I have deleted (i thought) my existing gmail setup from my iPhone. When I try to re establish the gmail settings, using either the password generated by the MAC / iCloud keychain generator or the App password, I get the message "My Name" is already added.
It looks to me that there is something in the iPhone that matches my gmail address, even though I deleted the account.Â

I have a Blackberry Curve 8530 with v5.0.xx installed. I just setup my Gmail IMAP on my BB and when I read a message on my BB it doesn't show as read on my computer and visa versa.

Right after the ICS update to my D4, my IMAP email stopped receiving emails. I kept getting an error saying "username or password incorrect." I tried rebooting the phone and deleting/recreating the email account but I still get the same message. I didn't change the password to my email account in the 30-40 minutes it took to update my phone.

I am having repeated and seemingly inconsistent (though currently consistently) problems with gmail saying my password is incorrect. It's not. I tried this with push, and then resorted back to imap (with gpush app) and it now won't accept my password with imap at all. Gmail is not working with my iphone at all!What is the problem here? in the past two months gmail and my iphone don't play together well at all anymore!

10 days ago, I downloaded the update of the BBM, as I was notified by App World. Since I updated the BBM I can not send or receive messages, this update is a disaster, Due to the fact that I'm traveling, I do not have the roaming services and have been using BB services via WIFI and Now I can´t connect to the BBM at all.I need help because I am very upset with this update. My Blackberry is the CURVE 9300.I have uninstalled the BBM and then re installed it, but it still does not work After reading the comments on this update I realized that everyone is complaining.

and it is draining my battery! My phone is just sitting beside me, not receiving any emails or texts and it isn't loading an internet page, so I don't know what it is doing. My battery is dying before 11:00 AM which shouldn't happen.

My husband is currently deployed to Afghanistan, and usually, BBM works just fine. Recently, though, it can take up to an hour for my message to be delivered to him and vice versa. check mark will show up but no "d" He said he has service, enough so he can text and say BBM isn't working We have Verizon and both of us have Storm2. i was wondering if there was anything we could do to fix it or if our conversations would just have to take a few hours.

A friend in Thailand is trying to use iMessage with an iPad, the iMessage has been working OK up to 2 weeks ago but now it will neither send or receive iMessage. She has: signed out and back in to iMessage checked that the email address is correctly registered turned iCloud off and back on Done a hard reset of the device Has the latest ios installed. iMessages sent to her phone show as 'sent' but no longer as delivered.

Whenever I send out a text message as one comes in, my text will error. I get the option to send again, and their text comes in without any issues.This has been happening since I upgraded to the iPhone 4S from my 3GS. This happens with both iMessage turned on or off. I am on 5.1.

Everytime I go to use my iPhone 4 to send a picture, or have someone send me one, it doens't work. It shows a little exclimation mark, and if I want it to work I have to completely reset my network settings, which is a constant pain, considering my internet WEP key is 26 digits long. Is there something wrong with my phone, or is it the phone company I'm with?

Under messaging under settings, imessage is on..and it shows my phone number under recieve at....but when i text someone that has a iphone it goes thru as a imessage, when i text my boyfriend who also has iphone..it goes to regular texting...but when he replies back to me it goes imessage but with his apple id. How can i fix it to where only his phone number is imessage? is it his settings on his phone or mine? Under contacts i have to have two of him in my phone one for texting and the other for making a phone call.

Have been using X10 for around 5 month, have faced one issue that while sending mail from Gmail App, mail always show "sending" status.But mail gets delivered to destined person.I dont know whether this problem is with my phone only or a software glitch with X10.First i thought that this is software problem, so i have upgraded to Android 2.1 but still the problem persists

I have a C3-00 and recently it stopped receiving any text messages. Didn't try multimedia messages but I'm not getting any text messages. I am sure I don't have memory issues as there is nothing on the phone now. However message sending is fine. I tried hard and soft reset and also updated software via OVI Suite but still its the same. Also calculator application doesn't open. When I select calculator nothing happens.
