Jul 2, 2012I have an iPhone 4S. I have iTunes loaded on a Window PC running XP. I would like to copy pictures from my PC to the iPhone. I do not see a "photo" option in the left selection pane under my device name. There is a "Photos" option across the top of the upper pane. When I select it I get the option to sync photos from a folder or folders of my choosing. This allows me to sync pictures from a folder but if I want to delete the picture from my PC folder once sync'd it also deletes the picture from my iPhone upon the next sync.

Oct 21, 2011I have 958 photos on my N8 taken from a trip to Europe. These photos are all organised into albums and tagged depending on which country they were taken in. The problem now is when I sync them to my computer Ovi Suite ignores the Albums and the Tags and groups them all together.how I can sync the photos so they remain in the Albums?Surely there is a way to do this otherwise what is the point of being able to sort into albums on the phone if when you copy them to PC they all get mergedI can't now go through 958 photos trying to remember where each one was taken.Unfortuantely the N8 also only groups the photos by the month they were taken (All were taken in the same month) copying them without ovi suite is also problematic.

With a view to copying the file to my E71 phone, I connected the phone to PC (Dell Studio 1558 system running W7 HP) via the USB (using the PC Siute mode in the first attempt and then the Mass Storage mode in my next attempt). I then proceeded to open the video file's shortcut menu and, in the Send To destinations, hit my phone's link that was being displayed as the E71 icon. But PC Suite reported inability to "copy the file". In the case of Mass Storage option too, the result was similar. Strangely, in several instances of my effort PC Suite was even found reporting that the "device has stopped responding or disconnected from PC" even though Suite's Home Page was showing my phone's icon as being in sync. s shortcut menu and, in the Send To destinations, hit my phone

Apr 16, 2010The memory on my phone's memory card was almost full. So, one day, I decided to copy some files from my phone to my computer. I connected my phone to my computer with a usb cabe, and my pc was able to detect the memory card and open files. However, whenever I try to copy files onto my pc, it gets 3/4 of the way completed copying and then the error message for an I/O error appears. Sometimes, it also says "the wrong diskette is in the drive".So then, I tried taking my memory card out of my phone (micro sd card) and plugged it into my computer (which has a built-in micro sd card port) and for some reason, it isn't able to detect the card and all of my pc's disk drives "disconnect" and I can't see them in "My Computer". I have to restart to get the ports working again.Flash Drives and other SD cards work, just not my phone's.So in conclusion, some problem with my phone or computer is causing an error that doesn't allow me to copy/move files. (I am running windows vista and my phone is the Samsung Memoir btw)
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
