Jun 15, 2011All of a sudden, my letter "e/2" stopped working. i did a battery pull, and that did nothing, so i did a restore on my phone. this resulted in none of my buttons reponding or taking 10mins (no joke!) to respond. it has also wiped all my contacts aswell.

Oct 26, 2012I have a Blackberry Curve 8530. It has been freezing a lot lately. I will press buttons the scroll button and nothing happens, then a minute later or so, it will sort of wake up and start responding again.The email, Facebook, and internet has always been extemely slow, but I think this is because I have only one bar of service most of the time.
The freezing thing happens in a variety of places - when I'm checking emails, trying to open icons from the home page, want to make a call, or most annoyingly, when I need to adjust the volume. Basically, it is having about a 30 second delay on waking up all the time, even when currently in use.

May 23, 2011Recently I purchased a blackberry curve 8520. The phone worked great and was one of the best phones I had ever used. But now it doesn't seem to respond anymore. The only way to get into my phone when turned on is to push the switch off button for about 3 seconds and then the phone will ask me to unlock it. This is kind off annoying because I'm not used to using the phone like this. I don't know how this happened. The only reason I can think of is that a few weeks ago I was pushed and I hit a wall with the phone in my pocket, this broke my g-key. The key did not fall off it just stopped functioning. This used to annoy me too but I learned to live with it. My question now is, will blackberry still repair the phone if I send it back ?

Jan 4, 2010I have pulled the battery out many times. I have turned off the power many times. But when I click the roller ball when I want to say click on SMS my wife or who ever it goes to "Add speed dial". Then on the key pad when I hit delete it will type two letters, and some of the other keys do the same thing. And it comes and goes. Do I need to update my phone or is it broken and I need to get a hold of my insurance company to get a new one. I don't want to spend $50 if I do not have too.

Oct 23, 2012my 9360 kept rebooting itself yesterday. i looked up another forum and i worked out that it was because it needed a critical software update.the update itself took all night, then when i woke up this morning, it asked me to 'verify the data' and then it went on to 2 loading bars, with the bottom one saying 'overall backup process' and it has now stopped dead on 13%, with the top bar saying 'social feeds'i have tried turning it off/on again and again,i have tried rebooting it a couple times by taking the battery out.it still turns on and comes to this screen where it does not respond to any buttons (apart from lock, but it goes black and then comes back on again within about 10 seconds)

Feb 11, 2010My N85. 2 weeks back, it got stuck and after switch off and switch on, it's not responding as soon as press keypad. atleast taking 1-2 mins and some time doesn't accept anything. after 2-3 restarts, it was ok. but from 3 days onwards, it's complytly addicted to this behaviour. once if it switch on, it's working fine. but once it get stcuk again or switched off, it's same old thing. i removed memory card, flashed freshly with new firmware and several hard/soft formats. nothing is preventing this behaviour.

Feb 23, 2010I had earlier configured a wi-fi access point on my E72 and everything was running perfect. One day the Destinations started showing me only the GPRS access point even when I had the wi-fi on First Priority and the wifi was running correctly.
Now I deleted the access point from the list and tried to reconfigure it. Whenever I select new access point and enter the wi-fi pass-code (WPA2), nothing happens on the screen. At the same time, when I click on the options button or the back button, nothing works. The settings window is just stuck there And I am just unable to configure wi-fi. Any ideas?
