View 1 Replies View RelatedI have just bought a Nokia X3-02 in the nice blue color. I really like this phone - I think I am going to like it a lot when I am going to use it. I am not a dedicated smartphone user as many other are - I only use my cellphone for sms and speaking. But I have had a Nokia Lumia 900 for the last 4 months. A very nice phone also and I liked Windows Phone. But that phone is overkill for me - too big and too heavy. But one thing I liked very much about it was that it could syncronize directly, wirelessly with Windows Live e-mail account. So I made a Windows Live e-mail account, just for phonenumbers to be used in my contacts in my phone.
Is it somehow possible to syncronize contacts in Nokia Suite with this Windows Live e-mail account?? And then to syncronize with my pretty little new cellphone? Hope to get an answer soon - would like to start using the phone...

View 6 Replies View RelatedWell, got my S6 yesterday and it seems that samsung has discontinued Kies for S6. Any way to transfer contacts and calendar from a PC Outlook 2010? This is not an exchange or outlook.com account. Just looking to transfer contacts and calendar from Outlook directly. Samsung suggests using Smart Switch, but that is one time deal and when contacts/calendar is coming from another cell phone. There used to be all kinds of Sync programs, but they seem to be useless also.

View 4 Replies View RelatedI visited the blackberry applications website on my computer. I see programs/applications which may help me. Next to some of them i see a fee to purchase the program. Are those one time fees or monthly things? Or is it program specific. the thing i was looking at was called Zbook and seems to keep a copy of my contacts.

View 3 Replies View RelatedBeen having a few issues with my Curve 8520 version 5 (it says, but I've tried a few things for version 5 and it seems as though it may be version 4 even) and so am updating my contract. Now I would like to be able to print off a copy of both the contacts and the calender somehow.I have done some research and am starting to think it is not possible to do. It's been backed up to my computer and someone mentioned they can then be printed from there, but again I can find no method to do so!

The Problem:
Please provide step by step instructions from start to finish on how to transfer my organizer data from my Blackberry (BB) device to Outlook on my PC without losing my BB data. I define organizer data as Calendar, Contacts, tasks and memos. I am not referring to email in this problem.
History:
I have been a BB user synchronizing my organizer data between my BB and Outlook on my laptop for a year. Then my hard drive crashed on my laptop and I lost all of my laptop's Outlook organizer data including calendar, contacts, tasks and memos. But luckily, I have my BB organizer data (calendar, contacts, tasks, memos) from my last sync before the hard drive crashed, as well as, some new additional entries on my BB. So the BB data is good, and the laptop's data is gone and Outlook is empty.
Currently:
I now have a new hard drive in my laptop recently loaded with Outlook from a CD. Outlook has no data in it and is empty. I want to transfer my BB device's organizer data to my laptop (Outlook). BB data ---> laptop [Not the other way around]. I have just loaded on my laptop the Blackberry Desktop Manager from the CD. I have not set any settings and have not done any synchronization yet because I fear that I may accidentally wipe out (lose) my data on my BB because the data transfer went the wrong direction. I need your help. What settings do I need to set up before the first synchronization occurs?I am very nervous because I want the BB device data to over write the laptop data on this first sync. If I screw up and do this synchronization the wrong way, I will end up with no data on my BB or my laptop and have lost years of contacts and calendar data, etc.BTW: I use the BB Desktop Manager with a USB cable to do the synchronization between the BB device and Outlook on laptop.I am a new user to the setup process and would really appreciate a detailed step by step approach from start to finish to solve this issue. after the first sync above (when the correct BB device data is on the laptop), do I change the conflict resolutions options to something else or just leave them? I tend to use my BB more (by 98%) over the laptop for calendar, contact, etc. entries. I want the BB device to be the "master" and the laptop be the "slave" BUT most importantly I want any change I make on the laptop to be immediately transferred to my BB device and also the other way around when I sync. Any thoughts? Or is this just confusing the matter.
is there any quick way to copy or move the contacts from my blackberry curve 8520 to my sim card phone book?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have the BB Curve 8530. A long time ago this once worked and I had 126 contacts on my cell and in outlook. 2 crashed laptops later I have never been successful to get those 126 contacts back in Outlook. I have 2 email accounts set up on my Blackberry. I have tried deleting the service book, deleting and reinstalling the BB Desktop Software and it will only sync the contacts from my gmail account (26 entries) and not the one from my verizon (126 entries)

View 3 Replies View RelatedI have a new Blackberry Curve 8530. When I set it up, I was able to synchronize my Outlook calendar to the BB but not my contacts. I was unable to synchronize my contacts because it said my BB was set up for wireless synchronization. I tried to follow the instructions for truning off wireless synching, but when I go to options in my contacts there is no wireless synchronization field for me to change. What am I missing?
Also, I updated my operating system and now I am unable to sync my calendar. When I try to select the organizer data to synronize, it won't let me select calendar because it says that calendar is not installed (and it won't let me select address book because it says it is syncing wirelessly). I have reinstalled my BB Desktop software and I read on another post that gmail might be a problem so I no longer have my gmail account on my BB. When I open my BB Desktop manager on my computer, I get a message saying "unknown error reported," which is why I reinstalled my Destop software, but I still get this message after the reinstall.
I have an 8350 nextel, outlook office 07 and desktop software version 6.0.1.18. I recently changes jobs and put my new information into my phone and I am now working from home so I have never needed this before. my email is sending and receiving no problem, my calendar is syncing perfectly but my contacts will not sync. the sync process seems to work from the software (it goes thru the motions) but when I look in outlook, no contactsI have looked around the net for possible solution and even tried most of the things I've seen...to no avail. I just want to get the contacts off my phone and into my outlook.
