Jun 18, 2010When I get an email I like how the blackberry automatically opens up the email application if I pull it out of the holster.The only problem is that it pulls up the Messages inbox and not my gmail account inbox.Any way to fix this or do anything about it? I have the gmail enhanced plugin if that makes a difference.Also on a totally unrelated note is there a way to search the gmail server from the gmail plugin app?

Mar 9, 2012I am experiencing very frustrating battery issues on my BB Curve 9300. I bought the device a month ago and had a brand new battery installed in no later than yesterday.Battery life is about 3 to 5 hours at the very best, whilst I am not using any specific 3rd party application.In addition, the "clock" apprears on a very frequent basis, slowing the system dramatically.I do not have any files saved on the media card ... Wi-fi has been disabled already as have Bluetooth. LAt, connection the mobile network is fine so I do not believe it has to do with the device desperately seeking connection.PS: I am based in France with SFR being my provider.

The site installed a web plugin, after tht i tried connecting my device, the site shows my pin clicking on which my phone gets connected to the site. I have one that I do not know if it is supposed run all the time or not. When I do a full reboot or a battery pull the Enhanced Gmail Plugin is NOT running. Once I open it however it will not turn off. It stays running just like BB Msgr or the Msgs program. should it shut down?

The calls are working just fine but when I connected it to the PC i got that App World Web Plugin Error. I downloaded and installed the plug in and when I tryed to install WhatsApp and conncted the phone that error showed up. So I tryed to restart the phone checked multiple times if the encryption is off ( IT IS !) disabled the PC's AV program and pretty much everything else what i could think of with no effect at all. Jun 22, 2011I finally joined the BB community and I am really enjoying my 9300 Curve.Recently I saw that a friend of mine had the OS 6 system on and I have been trying to upgrade my OS 5 to 6. However,Things I have tried so far: I have used the desktop software's upgrade function to upgrade but every time I get the message that, there is no upgrade available. I also downloaded my carrier (MTN - South Africa) specific software the "9300M_PBr6.0.0_rel1879_PL6.6.0.124_A6.0.0.448" file and installed it onto my computer. I then connected my BB and tried to upgrade but was still unsuccessful.
