I cannot connect my BB torch 9860 to my computer for downloads. I have dowloaded the plugin in the first step but in the second step it says " An error has occurred communicating with the BlackBerry App World Client. If you have content protection enabled on your device, disable and try again."
I have a problem in using the app world. I've already Restarted my BB phone and the Computer but still this pops up " An error has occurred communicating with the BlackBerry App World Web plugin. Please restart your device and try again. If you have content protection enabled on your device, please disable and try again."
I was searching through the forum for a solution and I think I tried almost all.The problems is this mensage when I try to connect my BB pearl 9105(vodafone portugal) to app world: "An error has occurred communicating with the BlackBerry App World Web plugin. If you have content protection enabled on your device, please disable and try again."I have disable on security option the encryption, the firewall..I replaced the OS 5 again 2 times.I changed my web browser to chrome.I tried to update for OS 6 through the loader(and delete the xml file) doesn´t appear any option for update the OS...I used the factory default option.I saw many solutions but until now none have solved my problem.Does anybody can help to solve my problem?
i have purchased a Blackberry Storm 9530, got my Single id by registering on Blackberry Apps site. The site installed a web plugin, after tht i tried connecting my device, the site shows my pin clicking on which my phone gets connected to the site. Than i click to download the new apps software on the device as suggested by the apps site. The downloading starts, later the device is restarted, but when the device bootsup the apps site gives a error " App World Web Plugin Error" "an error has occurred communicating with the Blackberry App world client."
I got my Blackberry Bold 9900 yesturday from a friend that used it like 2 weeks in the UK (he bought it from T-mobile UK) and now is its 2nd day since im using it here in Bulgaria. The calls are working just fine but when I connected it to the PC i got that App World Web Plugin Error. I downloaded and installed the plug in and when I tryed to install WhatsApp and conncted the phone that error showed up. Here is the more detailed issue overview :An error has occurred communicating with the BlackBerry App World Web plugin. Please restart your device and try again. If you have content protection enabled on your device, please disable and try again. So I tryed to restart the phone checked multiple times if the encryption is off ( IT IS !) disabled the PC's AV program and pretty much everything else what i could think of with no effect at all. Still same error shows up at the exact same stage.

I tried already restarting my device and enabled content protection still this one occurs. I also already checked my USB and it is not broken because every time I connect my phone via usb on my laptop I can use my blackberry desktop.

I am unable to get the MY World page to load up on the Web when I am trying to sync my apps. I can sign in to BB App World but when I select > My World I get the Error Message: "APP World Web Plugin Error - An Error has occurred communicating with the BB App World Client." I am connecting my 9900 in order to sync my apps with App World following a security wipe to resolve the BB ID Issue with OS7.( The security wipe does resolve the BB ID issue). I have the same problem when I have connected using 2 different PCs. One running Chrome the other Running Firefox.
When i put my pasword in the app worls say " An error has ocurred. Please try again later" i made a master reset to my phone, i try to delete the aplication and download again and the problem persistif i put a wrong pasword then said that con not validate so I know that it has comunication with the server..
Blackberry sent me a message that an upgrade was available for one of my game applications "Shoppers Paradise". When I click on the link to download the upgrade, it gives me an error message that the upgrade is not available through App World.Is there anyone else having this issue? Is Blackberry working on this issue?
if the 9810 and OS7 have the Enhanced Gmail Plugin. I've just come back to BB after a couple of years wandering aimlessly in iOS and Android realms. Glad to be back but I'm jumping to 7 from about 4.6 and I've gone Google Apps since I left.
I understand that I'm going to lose some functionality, but can't seem to get anyone at ATT tech support to tell me if the Enhanced Gmail plugin is part of the device's software or not.
I've set up my Google Apps mail account in both the BB mail client and in the downloaded Gmail client. I get more functionality in the Gmail client, with the ability to download labels. But what I am looking for is to find out if the Enhanced Gmail Plugin will allow me to 'move' an inbox message to a label and that it will automatically remove it from the inbox? This is the only way to come home from a 9810-only equipped business trip and not find hundreds of old, already dealt with messages on your gmail account.
Yesterday I downloaded one of the free App from Blackberry Apps World. When I rebooted my device, I saw a WHITE SCREEN with an error message APPS ERROR 200 - Reset. I resetted the device several times but still get a WHITE screen with the error message.
I am having an issue with a weird error code that I have gotten since day 1 of owning my torch. Everytime I do a BP when the phone boots up I am getting an error that says, "122 Error Invalid Number. Please re-send using a valid 10 digit mobile number or valid short code. Activatet=6"
I get this same error code when trying to set up my visual voicemail. When someone leaves a message I get that 122 Error as well as another error sent from 1000000000 that just has a garbled message. My VVM has been reset twice by at&t and I have been told that everything is provisioned correctly. I was hoping that .214 would fix this issue but still it persists.
I've recently baught myself a blackberry 9300 curve,I sighned up for appworld and got my I'd,but every time I try to log on to app world it says "error accured,please try again later". I've tried over the past few days to log on but the same message pops up.
It's been a while since I came here last. I just bought a Blackberry Storm 9530 (it's Telus, but I'm using on Rogers). I love the phone. Everything is working (internet, email, bb messenger, etc), but I am having 2 issues with 2 apps that I have never seen before.
1 - Weathereye - I downloaded the V2 of weathereye for the storm off the proper website http://blackberry.theweathernetwork.com and it downloaded just fine. But I am getting an IOException error HTTP not found when I try to load it. I had removed V1 before downloading this, and I can't figure out why it isn't working.
2 - App World - Downloaded directly from the Blackberry website to the phone. It loads fine and works for a few hours, then I get a (No Ports Found) message. I can't figure out why this error is coming up. As mentioned with both issues, I have tried the internet at the same time and it is working so I am connecting to the network properly - the apps just aren't working.
Anyone else has issues with App World. I am trying to login with my paypal information and it's not letting me, i get an error that tells me to try again later. Anyone else having issues with this after the upgrade? I need to get activation codes for apps i bought through app world but can't get into my account.
regarding my BB Bold 9900. Recently, my phone has been unable to use bb app world, and it tells me that there is an error id of 40820. My facebook app only loads once in a long while, and my ubersocial app does not load at all. Nevertheless, the web browser and bbm is working fine. My Whatsapp is lagging.
I have used the soft and hard reboots but to no avail.

After updating the App world a few days ago I get a Java error and can no longer access app work. I tried d-loading 3.1.0.58 (which some say was an update to address this issue and it still does not work).
I have BB 9630 tour.After I have installed the recent update of app world , it shows that a blackberry indentity server need to installed. When clik ok to install it , it shows a error 80003 and message upadte of bb indentity server failed. I can't access the app world since then.
When I try to download or upgrade from app world or anywhere else, I see ' an error has occurred, try later'. I have about 235Mb memory space. Have tried hard rebooting, downloading during less dense network periods but in vain.
