May 20, 2010I have had the curve for a few weeks now. At first i changed the settings of the browser to "hotspot" so i could use it with wifi. It was working really well, then all of a sudden it stopped durin browsing. The phone says the wifi connection is fine, but whenever i go to the broswer and try to go to a website it just says loading at the bottom and nothing happens.
Can anyone help with this? should i restart the phone setting somehow because i might have done changed some setting during browsing without realising or is this an actual issue with the phone?

Jan 26, 2010My N97mini uses the same browser as my E71 but I cannot log in to secure websites. I either get a username error or a password error or both. I cannot find any settings that seem to help. I also have frequent browser crashes although most people say that is related to low RAM. Since I have nothing else running in the background I question that conclusion. The biggest problem is the secure site problem.

I can connect and can browse internet but after a week can still connect to wifi but the problem is a can't connect to the internet I can't open even google and it says "Browser unable to connect to website". And it also happening at home sometimes i can connect to wifi and can brows to internet but most of the time I cant browse to internet and at my work until now I cant open internet via wifi even the connection is 100%. And when I check to connection manager "status connection (inactive). I also do restore factory settings but I have same problem, I didn't change any setting in my nokia x7.

Nov 4, 2015Got myself an Sony Xperia Z5 not to long ago and i must admit I am very pleased by its performance and battery life. As webdesigner i ran into an problem which only occurs on my Xperia Z5. All other mobile brands don't have this problem with the page im working on.
The issue: when changing from landscape to portrait or vice versa, the content doesn't increase in size properly. Before i start digging deep i like to know if this has something to do with the Xperia settings?

BB Software :: Denies Access To Existing Accounts?
Oct 28, 2010I switched from a Blackberry Curve to a BB Torch 9800, transferring all data from the old to the new BB via the BB Desktop Manager. There were 4 internet mail accounts on the old BB, and icons for the same accounts are now present on the BB Torch 9800. Problems: (1) Even though there are the icons, I cannot send or receive e-mails on the BB from/on any of the four accounts. (2) So I went to the set-up icon, selected "e-mail accounts", the BB did the "connecting to e-mail settings", and a log-on page to existing user accounts appears, asking for user name (the e-mail address, presumably) and the respective password. But here is what I cannot resolve: No matter what I type in the user name field and the password field, the BB always says "The user name is invalid. A user name must be at least 4 characters". A blatantly absurd reaction, for none of my user names has so few characters.

My banks IT department said if I can access it via my PC using the same address and all comes up good, then I need to speak with my carrier. Knowing the tools I'll end up getting if I call Sprint, I figured someone here with a lot more intelligence than any CS might be able to point to the right direction. I'm sure it some security setting that I don't have right, just find it odd that I can get that far into the site with no issues.

Nine times out of ten, the instant I click produces 'Error on page' at screen bottom and repeat clicking gets me nowhere. Once in ten tries, a progress bar opens at screen bottom. It usually takes 30 minutes to reach 50% and by 45 minutes, there has been no further progress and 'Error on page' is displayed. I have the BB Desktop Manager software installed on the PC.

Oct 27, 2012My blackberry browser is not behaving properly. It all started a few months ago, I dont know the exact month or day but it's been a while now. When I use the browser, the blue bar at the bottom will progress very slowly and get to the end but no page will actually load. Resetting the phone will, as I said, result in a temporary fix but I am now growing tired of this re-occurance and would like to seek out a permanent fix. I have also re-sent service books, to no avail.

I have been waiting for 10 minutes and on the screen I just keep an empty screen with (after more than 2 minutes) a full blue bar still "loading".I emptied the internet history and cache.A month or so ago I could open sites without any problem. Can it be that my mobile became slower by anything? Can I maybe verify if it has been hacked? Can it have something to do that I configured my e-mail?
