i have problem payin for my apps in BB apps world.And i spend the whole day calling Vodafone and they cant help but refer me to BlackBerry service.Blackberry services says is not their problem.Im not sure if is a minor problem which i can resolve myself
View 1 RepliesI recently received a message telling me that an update was available for App World. I downloaded the update, installed it and rebooted. Now I am unable to download apps. When I hit the download button it takes me to the sign in for BlackBerry ID, then to terms and conditions and then to my ID settings! The only way I can get off this screen is to press Discard, which takes me back to where I started! I just keep going round in circles.

When I select any app and 'click' 'Download' I'm asked to accept 'Blackberry App World and Blackberry Payment Service Addendum To The Blackberry ID Agreement' and after accepting I see 'Please Wait" icon for few seconds but after that nothing happens at all.

software is 4.2.0.127 if that helps any? Internet access is via the home network only, this works fine as far as we know.

When the phone reboots a message comes up as follows " Uncaught exception index 4>=4" I can get onto the internet as I am still receiving e-mails. Also this tends to resolve itself if I am away from my address.

View 1 Replies View RelatedLast night my phone froze. I took the battery out and reset it. I put the batter back in. It turns back on and does the security verifying and then shows the main screen. The issue is that i try to scroll through the applications and it does not respond. I cannot dial numbers or anything. It just stay on the main screen. When I pulled the batter I notice that there is a red line on the white part near the pickups on the battery.
