How can I print out a copy of the abbacy file? My wife's Blackberry died completely, and unfortunately we did not use the My Contacts Backup, so are up a creek if I can't print the date out.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have not secured my taken pictures to OneDrive / Dropbox, but I thought a single TWRP backup (on a USB OTG) would be enough.
I was using Edgar28's XtreStoLite 2.1, and wanted to put 2.2 on the S6. I knew v2.2 needed a new bootloader and modem to be loaded in ODIN, so I did.
Before I did that, I made the TWRP backup on the usb stick, so if anything would happen I could go back.
Well, as I usually did with my Note 4 when installing a new ROM, I completely wiped everything except for the microSD card and the USB OTG.
But at that point I forgot the S6 doesn't use the microSD so I would probably be lost of all the photo's (yes because I also forgot to set up OneDrive).
Then I realised I had to go back because I forgot about my photo's. So I put back the modem and boatloader for XtreStoLite 2.1 and loaded the TWRP backup in the restore.
I hoped it'd start right up, but it does not. It comes in a bootloop, even before the animated samsung logo.
So then I tried installing XtreStoLite 2.1 without a wipe, and the system started but I couldn't see my photo's, the were gone.
Then I loaded the original firmware via odin over the backup, and I did see the photo's, but they were all grayed out. Like they were there but you wouldn't be able to see them.
What can I do to restore the photo's from the TWRP backup?
I guess I've done the unthinkable and updated to 5.1.1 (or whatever) and now my Contacts are "missing"... I am currently trying to restore from backup but I didn't get to choose from what date I would like to back up from. Just performed backup and contacts are still not there, please help!

I just had my iphone4 upgraded to the latest os .. prior to the upgrade, i synced my contacts and noted using outlook ... however, after the upgrade, when i tried to restore, nothing happened ... so i kept trying, until i discovered that my old backup have been changed to a different date (after the upgrade) ... which means my old backup is gone! is there any way i can restore an older backup? can i do a system restore of itunes or something? by the way, i am using windows 7 ...

Come December I get new IPhone and they give it the same # as my BlackBerry.Now, believe it or not I have the BlackBerry back in my possession, it still has the same SIM card in it. My Wife has an 8310 with a broken data/charge port and we need to save the text messages off of the phone to be used in court. Is there any way to save the text messages to the media or sim card? She already has a new 8310 and she has to return the old phone (with the messages) to the warranty company. View 11 Replies View RelatedRight from day 1 the display date of my E52 does not update and reflect correct the correct date. Got the phone replaced once still the same issue. Called the customer service and they say there is no such problem with E52. They asked me to go to the repair center...(isnt that ridiculous to ask a customer of a new phone to do so?). I went to the repair center with a hope that they will replace it for me but all in vain. They also gave me a ridiculous answer that Nokia does not have a replacement policy...and I was like so is it Nokia's policy to sell broken and faulty mobiles? I was utterly dejected. The electronic store where I bought also refuse to replace because they think there is a problem and no matter I get it changed it will recur. I still do not have a solution as all my ways of getting this problem resolved are exhausted. Anyone has a solution or came across this issue which can be solved without repairing?

The same problem occurs whether I have automatic time update on or off.Also once or twice a week it will download emails with the date 01/01/2000 instead of todays date. I can log into my emails via Outlook Express on my p.c and the date will be correct there.I have software version v20 installed, the same problems still occurred on the previous firmware as well.Any help greatfully received

View 2 Replies View RelatedLast night my BB had a bit of a "moment" whereby for some strange reason, it changed the time and date of it's own accord to a future date in September, so my Twitter was showing tweets as "61 days ago" and my email was arriving with a future date showing.
It's back to normal now, (again, of it's own accord) apart from my emails - the ones I received are still showing as September which is rather annoying as I now have to scroll down to read new emails.Is there any way of changing the received date on them? I can't seem to find any option to do so. I know I could delete them but I kinda need them saved for now! Why did my BB do this in the first place?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI bought a 8520 last month and I am using the telephone with the italian language. By mistake I had cancelled some pre-installed apps like DocsToGo and I reinstalled them by ising Desktop Manager. At the same time I got the chance to cancel the languages I don't need. Since then I have problems with the date format: date format should be in the european standard (DD/MM) but it always appears in the US one (MM/DD). This happens only on the desktop, clock, and phone call list. Otherwise sms and calender are correct. I have 4 languages installed at the moment on the device (according to the language option list): Italian, English, English (UK), English (US) and German. With all those languages I have the problem with the date, only if I choose German it's correct. I have been advised to update the firmware, but unfortunately it didn't help.
I have also unistalled some third party programs but it also didn't help. Theme is the standard one and no new one has been installed. This is quite an annoying issue, even though it doesn't dramatically affect the usage of the phone. I did a backup before installing the DocsToGo apps.
I have used my laptop to look for old BBM messages and the BBM contact I wish to view has two folders one ending in .csv which is more current and still visible on my phone and the other ending in .OLD which is the one I want to see but I am unable to open this on my laptop?
