I set up the wi-fi connection to the computer but did not record the pin. Previously the network was unsecured now it shows as secured and I cannot connect to it. I did not record the pin that the blackberry gave me to in put on the device and now I cannot connect to the internet and I do not know how to retrieve the pin that I got.

It's not showing up in my iTunes, or anywhere on my phone. Only the free version is there. The only thing I can think to do is re-download the free version and try to re-purchase it, but the price has gone up from .99 to 6.99 and I'm not willing to pay the extra 7 bucks.

I just replaced a broken 3GS with a 3G I purchased on eBay. When I plugged in the new 3G, I saw the option to restore phone from the last backup of my old phone. When I clicked this option, iTunes told me I had to click the other option to restore as new device before I could use the backup. I did this and now I do not see the option to use the last backup of my old phone. I am wondering how I can access this backup and sync the new phone to it.

In the mean time I just used an extra cell phone from my office that had a different #, while I saved up for the new IPhone. Come December I get new IPhone and they give it the same # as my BlackBerry.Now, believe it or not I have the BlackBerry back in my possession, it still has the same SIM card in it. After charging it up, I turn it on, very excited to get all the text messages that I had missed since June. But there were only the few that I had saved for some reason or another, but not so many that it would have been full. It was as if the phone no longer received any data after it was either powered down or went dead.

It's a shame for nokia, E6 is a business phone!!! E6 has this issue since first Anna firmware and 3 upgrades didn't solve this very annoying issue! Hard reset, soft resets firmware recovery from Nokia Suite useless. I won't NEVER buy a Nokia phone, for sure.

Besides the SMS bug, the only thing that has bothered me is that my Gmail isn't receiving emails. I made sure I set up my account correctly and I even received a confirmation email, but two days after that and I have not received a single email. I have signed into Gmail from my computer and had multiple emails that my Bold never received. Any ideas what the problem might be?

Just purchased an BB Bold. I have several e-mail accounts. When I add those accounts to my BB it only shows me any mail that arrives after I load the accounts, all my past mail does not show. Could someone tell me how to load all my complete email history.
